My boyfriend is beyond happy with the pair. He loves how comfy they are and the style. They are perfect for Minnesota winters and I love the color, too! He's normally a size 12 in Ugg Neumel boots and he wears a size 12 in these.

The shoes came right on time if not sooner. I got them for my husband for his birthday. They must be comfortable because even my 3 year old tries to wear them even though my husband wears a size 14.

Even though my package was stolen from my property, I used the refund to buy a pair from the actual brick and motar. They're very comfortable, a little snug even though I went a full size up. I guess from all of the fleece lining but still comfortable

I ordered a size 12 at first but it was a little too big but the ugh return process was seamless. It only took them about 5 days to complete the exchange. I am ver happy with the quality of my uggs.
