Love this slipper, I have been wearing them at least 15 years, and have bought for myself, my husband and now my granddaughter. She borrows mine and will be so excited to have her own - great product, worth the $$

Everything was perfect with style, fit, and comfort. However, there was one small flaw on the shoe. Zappo's responded beautifully and exchanged the slippers for a new and perfect pair. Thank you, Zappos, for your great service!
