Everything was perfect with style, fit, and comfort. However, there was one small flaw on the shoe. Zappo's responded beautifully and exchanged the slippers for a new and perfect pair. Thank you, Zappos, for your great service!

Put on immediately when in house. Thought we're too short when first put on but like other Uggs in one wearing mold to feet. Feel much better without socks and very supportive like a good walking shoe. Couldn't be more pleased.
