The pair I got I cant ware there is something in the sole sticking up and it hurts to ware & we looked & cant find what it is my wife thinks its a fold or a bad stich but this was my 1st pair & I cant ware them sad

Bought him LLBean last year they did not hold up so we shall see how yours do

I purchased these slippers from an UGG store (over $125 incl tax). I really liked the slippers, but the right slipper insole came lose the second week (was not properly attached to the slipper). I contacted UGG customer support, and they said that I could return the slippers, but that I had to pay for return shipping. They would then examine the shoe to see if they felt a return was warranted (I offered to send pictures, they said no). They issued a partial credit (did not reimburse sales tax). So I was out shipping an sales tax (about $30). I reordered the same slipper, but the replacement shoe did not fit properly (much looser in the heal than the exact same previously ordered size and model). I again spoke with customer service, and they were of no help. Very frustrating and a lot of wasted time. I will not buy another UGG product.

I bought these slippers 2 different times in both Tan & Cognac, trying to get the color shown on the site. Both times the color was a dark brown (the same slippers sent whether I ordered Tan or Cognac) so unfortunately had to return.

The shoe was too small. The only other size they has is 15 or 18. Also, the box was very much damaged. Not happy. Returned item. Plus I wasn't able to attach pics of the damaged box as the uploads have been hung up for over an hour for a small picture. Geez.

The color I got compared to the color shown is so far off, I was incredibly disappointed. I was quite excited for my order until it arrived.

The quality seems not same level as before. Disappointed.

When I got my new Uggs house slippers I loved them. The exterior is great. They look very nice. The interior was nice for a few months. Now the bottom of the inside lining has come loose and feels like Im walking on wrinkled up socks.

Bought these for my husband for Valentine's Day 2021. I notice by April 2021 the stitching on the side of the slippers had come undone. By June, the shoe had busted wide open. My husband only wears these slippers in the house. Not even a year and they are ruined. Horrible.

I ordered this item over a month ago and still haven't received it. I have never had a problem with ordering before and have been waiting over a month for my shoes. Now all of a sudden they are saying there is a problem with my payment when the payment went through a month ago and have had me waiting forever. I'm very irritated and over this whole thing.

Size 11 seamed like a size 10. Couldn't get my foot in it. Had to return. Out the shipping cost with nothing to show for it.

They sent me a13 instead of a 13eee like I ordered.

Our family has been buying Ugg slippers for years so I was very disappointed when this pair started falling apart after just a few weeks of use. When I tried exchanging the pair, I wasn't notified that they were now out of stock with the slipper in this size and only found out a month later when I messaged Ugg customer support to check on the status of my exchange. The quality of the slippers has gone downhill big time and after years of being loyal customers, we won't be buying from them again.

A size 10 slipper is too small for size 9 feet. This is my second pair of these slippers. The first was a gift and they were tight for years. I bought a size up and it is the same problem because I know realize it is the small foot opening. Be careful if you have wide feed. Buying a size higher may not solve it.

Beautiful item. Nice passing on the sole but overall too tight and narrow. We bought 3 pairs for family and each person had the same response. Hated to return all but did.

My husband normally wears a size 10 1/2 I ordered an 11 they had to be returned 12s were unavailable I was waiting for the Romeo 2 slippers Never replenished from Christmas I don't care for the white fur inside of the black slipper it should be black on black

I purchased these for my husband. Nice shoe but after three wearings the inside lining started coming loose at the toe box in both shoes. I just returned them for credit. Very disappointed.

This appears to be a quality product, however, the sizing was extremely off. The size 10 was more like a 9 and really narrow in width. Unfortunately a larger and especially wider slipper was not available. Would try again if more sizes were available.

I ordered these for my bf in a size 9 but when i finally got them, they were too big. So i followed all the steps to return them. It has been almost a month and still my return hasn't "processed". Will not order from here again because of this issue. Talked to customer service abs ask they said was it is still in transit. So yea, I'm done ordering from UGG

I wear size 10 1/2 boots and sneakers. I saw the other reviews that said they come a little small, so I ordered a 12. When they got here, I was exited, it was -20 below 0. But I couldn't get my foot in them. In sheer desperation, I cut the tongue down both seams, and even open topped, I still couldn't fit my foot in them. Most expensive pair of slippers I ever bought, in the trash
