We returned a too-small pair of slippers that my husband received as a gift, and received the same size back again. Having wasted the postage money once, we will not send them back again. And topping it off is the fact that I have already completed one of your questionnaires about this exchange. Bottom line is that you are not paying attention to what your customers ask or tell....or at least not to us. The service otherwise was great, but if the shoe doesn't fit - well, re-gift it.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas last year after looking high and low for a nice pair of slippers. When they arrived, I thought they looked amazing - really lush, expensive and stylish. I was a bit miffed that they're made overseas, given the high price, but I figured - what the heck. Because my husband wears a 10.5, and these only come in whole sizes, I bought a size 11 thinking that it was better to size up because of the sheepskin - and I was right. He definitely didn't feel like they were falling off his feet and he was very pleased from the moment he first slipped his feet inside.
HOWEVER - they do NOT wear well at all. With daily use, they wear out extremely fast - not just that the sheepskin flattens very quickly but the leather looks like he's had them for much, much longer and it hasn't even been a whole year, plus he obviously doesn't use them in the summer. So...while I think they're beautiful, I don't think the quality matches the price at all.

This is my forth pair of house shoes purchased on line and the forth size variance. It will be my last online purchase unless there are some assurance that UGG will improve their product consistency. They are expensive and should be more consistent. BTW --- Not sure anyone reads these but I am having to stretch my size 10 to make them more comfortable. The last 10 I purchased was a little big. I would rather have them a little loser than tight!

I have had 3 pairs of these and the first 2 were great. There is a defect in the sole of the right slipper. I am returning them. I need a half size larger as well. Once I have the replacement, I will be happy to update my review.

Love my UGGS, but it was difficult to get the right size through the mail. Purchased a pair of 9's a few months ago and they are sized as 9's and are very comfortable so I ordered another pair of 9's but they were completely unable to go on my foot. Returned them for 10's and they are still tight. Don't get the sizing. Will purchase anything I get in the future from a store and not from mail order so I can be assured they are the right size.

I find my $20 slipper more comfortable than your $100 slipper. I ordered a 9 which is my shoe size. I sent it back and got a 10 and it's still to tight. I've gone back to the $20 slipper. The 9 didn't fit and I need a shoe horn to get in the 10.

These slippers are designed for the non-avereage person with abnormal feet. I had to buy them two sizes larger than what I normally get. Otherwise I could not get my feet in them or they would be too tight. IN getting slippers two sizes larger though, they end up being too long making them look like clown shoes.
I'm quite disappointed in these, especially after my girlfriend raved about the company.

instructed by an UGG retailer to try them for two weeks.. they should losen up.. hasn't happened yet. :0( hoping they do or my wife will not be happy that I am not happy with my very special Christmas/Birthday gift

I bought my ascot moccasins a month ago. They arrived in two weeks, however, I expected this because I choice the standard shipping. I was anxious for them to arrive, but when they did and I tried them on they were too big. I was perplexed because my shoe size has always been a six. Ugg did include a return label which was brilliant, but then I received an email saying my original order would take from 11/25-11/27 to process. I was very upset. I called customer service and they ordered me a new pair but said they'd arrive during the same time my others were going to be processed, which I appreciate, however, I have already been waiting so long for my shoes I expected them to atleast provide me with a two day shipping or a discount! I am very dissatisfied and I will not order from the online Ugg store again.

The product was soft and warm but fell apart way to easily. I had only worn them 4 times if that and i was getting a hole in them. They are very rough on the bottoms of your feet.They need a little more support. Other than that great shoe. I have never had an issue until now.

I may have got a bad batch, "this one got into an onion patch"? But these slippers smelled up the entire room (especially after warming up, and I don't have any foot odor). The wool had a very strong odor that I noticed when opening the box. Wore them for a month and they still stunk. Very warm, comfortable and durable, just not work smelling up the place. Learned my lesson and went synthetic.
I'd also recommend:
Any other that does not smell bad.

This package arrived separately - it was in a box for a child's boot and not for this slipper. Also, the size tag was missing and they had obviously been worn. Very disappointing. Because I can't tell for sure what size these are, I am returning.

I had just received these and they looked great. I took my dog out for a short walk as these have a rubber sole and about 5 blocks from the house the sky opened up,, no warming. Well I got home and did my best to save them as the inside and outside were soaked. I stuffed them with paper towels to try to help dry the wool lining. The right shoe lost it's shape entirely and the color each day got lighter and lighter and now it is as if there is not finish on them at all. It is my fault for wearing them outside and getting caught in the rain, but what if I had wanted to clean these, I would be very scared. I have a pair to the previous model with a tie but really the same shoe that I know I bought well over 15 years ago. The wool soles are well worn but the leather is intact. So do yourself a favor, do not try to save money like I did, do not get the Matte finish.

Slipper soul fell apart after only a few wears.
Ugg customer service made it impossible to return or exchange. I spent so much time on the phone, texting emailing trying to get someone to help, but it was impossible. I sent the slippers back for a warranty exchange and they said that the warranty had expired. How could this be? I purchased the slippers 6 months ago and the warranty is one year.
Will never buy from this company again.

So I ordered these, after having a pair of the same for years and loving them
But I can't leave an honest product review here, because I still don't have the product.. after ordering more, I was sent "toddler size uggs" (instead of Men's size 9)
I get that mistakes happen, but I've tried to contact Customer Service multiple times and have not been able to resolve the issue.

Product is OK. Sizing info on their website is very wrong. These slippers are sized too small. Buy AT LEAST one size larger than normal (maybe two sizes). UGG absolutely hounds you for reviews. I will avoid UGG at all costs in the future.

Was looking for a quality slipper for the house and decided to spend the extra money on Ugg based on reviews and brand reputation. Well, they were great for 7 months, and now the seam along the right side of the slipper has completely come apart, exposing my foot. Extremely disappointed. To note, these are worn daily each morning for about 45 minutes. They shouldn’t have failed so quickly. Do not recommend.
