I own Clarks, Old Friend, Minnetonka slippers. They all fit slightly different - UGGS are the most snug and the most narrow of these. I'm hopeful I can get these shoes to loosen up so I can wear them !! I wear a size 12 D shoe -

They are really nice, but I am only giving them a 3 star since they seem to run smaller than a few years ago. I bought these slippers as a gift for my dad to replace the pair I bought him a few years ago. He usually wears a 12, but these did not fit at all - he said they were way too snug. I will have to exchange for a size up.

My condition is better with a slipper, these are difficult to take on and off

I ordered a tan slipper. This is more like dark chocolate, but oh well.

Nice leather, lining sort of bunches up around toesforms lump. Look big and misshapenwould think better for the price.

I am disappointed in the description of these shoes. I have ordered twice and both pairs arrived with Ugg Plush lining 80% wool/20% lyocell, despite the description stating 100% wool sheepskin for the lining and soles. The slippers are sloppy in the heel and with less padding than my previous pair of Ugg Leather Drivers that came with two insoles, one leather, and one wool for warmth. I had those original ones for over 7 yrs and they blew out this year after a major surgery required almost full weight baring on one leg for months. These alternatives would never be comfortable enough to survive another recovery even if brand new.

I'm a big fan of the Ascot slippers and thought I would trade in my suede for leather. These are comfy, but my foot kept slipping out of the slipper and chaffing my heel. Ended up returning them and going back to the tried and true.

This slipper feels more like a shoe. The leather is thick and not very supple, so not so good as a slipper. These are made for bear feet, thought they run large. If you wear socks, the sock lint gets tangled into the shearling wool, which makes the shearling look dirty. I bought a pair of more supple shearling slippers, for $40 less, and those are my daily slippers. These Uggs are my back-up slippers now.

Bought these for my dad as a gift he cudnt wear them because the furry softness inside was really thick and reduced the shoe by a full size. They really shud either forwarn buyers or adjust the sizes accordingly. Well made and a nice shoe but had to go with another brand because he didnt want to wait on backorders.returned.

Feels too big. Not very cushioned.

I think they aren't as cushy as they use to be the inside fur wool whatever you want to call it does not have the same resistance it use to have so my foot moves around a lot more inside the slipper they feel bigger than use to. Looser. No bueno. Nfg. They are tolerable but not something I gotta have anymore. Looking for that cushy slipper again I guess. This product several years ago was 5 stars. It's going down.

The color of the slippers was not the same as the website picture. The slippers were returned. This is the second time this has happened in the last couple years and the last two times I ordered from Uggs. I will not order from them anymore!

Inside of shoes use to be so fluffy and kept your feet very warm. Definitely not the case with this purchase. When you pay over $120 for men's house slippers you expect excellent quality. Don't think I'll be making this purchase again, shame as I've purchased over 6 pairs for my husband over the past years and had always been one of his favorite gifts but he's not very happy this time around.

I bought the incorrect size ! How can I exchange it for a smaller size ? Can I go to the Ugg outlet ?

The construction of this item was a bit off, not symmetrical or aesthetically pleasing.

It wasnt like the last pair I bought seems cheaper made bought the same size as last time

My last pair of Uggs were much more comfortable. Seems this pair (Same exact as the old pair) are much tighter. Yes, I know you have to wear them and break them in.

I fit in a 13 Ascis sneaker and a 13 shoe I had to really squeeze my foot into these size 13's. They do recommend you go a size up so you should take their advice

I now wear them daily even to the supermarket. So comfy.

Not at all as pictured. Much darker. More like the China Tea color than the matte tan I thought id be getting. I had a pair of Ascot suede in 11 but were too short. Kept waiting for them to stretch as was recommended by UGG but they never did. Talked to UGG Rep and they suggested a 12. Too loose. Need to have half sizes. After doing some kneading and bending, the dye did break up and they became slightly lighter but still not the shade in the picture. I even put in the code on the box on the UGG website and it took me directly to what I thought was what I ordered. Hopefully, they'll get lighter with use and if I wear socks they fit fine
