My right foot shoe blew out the toe. Ugg Ascot (this is my third pair) need a replacement as the Lefty is fine. I like the shoes, this make my third pair, but they did not last. I would like to talk to the Ugg company, but I do not know how they can be reached. I want to purchase a new pair.

I must be missing something. I wanted a good pair of comfortable slippers. After reading the reviews I thought that these would be perfect. Here is what I found. They do not run as small as reviewed. I should have got my normal size. They are no more comfortable that a pair of inexpensive slippers. The Lambswool lining is nice but nothing special. I will keep them but am very disappointed.

Bad deal. Slippers are at least one size too small and upon replacement Zappos had no comparable men's slippers in the required larger size. Not a merry Christmas present!

Don't know what the big deal is about these shoes. Look like they should cost about much less bucks to me. My main complaint is zero arch support. I almost returned them but it is not worth the trouble. I have no problem with Zappos. They are a good company.

So disappointed in these. We love our UGG slippers but purchased this matte leather for a bit of a change up - the color is off! We ordered the tan, but the color is nothing like what is shown on the website! Wayyyy darker. I even double checked to make sure we weren't accidentally sent the cognac color instead - nope. Box says tan and the picture on the box is this darker color. Not sure how the website can have such a lighter color, but really disappointed, and no time to return before Christmas. Shame.

I have enjoyed these so much that I bought them for my adult children. They are long lasting and so comfortable. I wear a 10 1/2 and the 10 fit me well. The 11 was too big.

I ordered these to replace my husband's worn-down ones. Same style, same color, same size...totally different product. He's reasonably happy with them, but I personally would've sent them back; the leather looks super cheap and they overall look basically like a knock-off of the original. Wouldn't recommend.

Really nice slipper but too large for me. Uggs should make these in woman's sizes. I like a slipper that can be worn out doors. All of the woman's are suede, and look like slippers. Uggs is missing a large woman's market. Wake up place.

Very comfortable and well constructed. I was looking for a pair of moccasin slippers that didn't have the tassels and leather shoestrings as my puppies love to chew. They're a little more expensive than most but they look like they're made to last.

I bought these for my son-in-law as a gift. He didn't think he's wear slippers but he loves them. NE winters are cold and these are perfect. Leather color is lovely

Fantastic products. This is my 3rd pair. They are extremely comfortable. The sole makes them versatile and they last forever. I have different pairs for different locations not due to wear.

Warm and cozy slippers that look and feel great. I wear a M11 for most things but I like to wear socks with slippers so I went with a M12 which fits great. The grip is great on the soles inside and outside. We live in a mountain, snowy town and these are a great addition to my winter wears. Would highly recommend.

I've been searching for a stylish, quality pair of slippers for a long time and I think that I have finally found them. I normally wear a 10 1/2 and using the sizing guide, I ordered an 11 and they fit perfectly. The things that I like best about them are the style and fit. I do wish that they had just a little more 'cush' in the heel area and I wouldn't mind if they were a little warmer. But all in all, I'm very happy with the slippers, although I do think that they are a little on the expensive side.
