Best running shoe ever -
The top pair of running shoes that I have ever owned. Have put a couple of thousand miles on my current pair in the last year and have not had any knee or leg problems. Planning on buying a new pair for the coming year. It would be nice to have laces that were like 6 inches longer so you could get them nice and tight. HIGHLY RECOMENDED... went from running 10 miles a week to about 50 miles partially because of how comfortable these shoes are.

Silky ride...
I was thrilled to have found it on super duper discount in cyberspace.
It's a fantastic shoe. The cushioning is great. It definitely gives a bounce to my step during runs.
It does fit a little tight in the arch area. It's half a size too small.
The upper is very light and breathable.
The shoelaces are a bit short. I can't double knot it so it could be a nuisance if you want your shoe tight and snuggly.
It's a great shoe if you want a smooth, cushioned ride on pavement or blacktop. It doesn't have the traction for a pebbly or off road run.
It looks great as a casual shoe too. The upper does look shiny at times but not too reflective to make it an annoyance.
Can't say it's worth the full price, but I hope you find it for a good discount somewhere in cyberspace.

These sneakers rock.
Form and function come together in this revolutionary and bold sneaker. I love the design of the bottom, which provides a cushion with every step. Also, the color scheme is great (I have the grey/yellow and the navy/orange). They "blend out" meaning they get noticed but aren't too out there.

Great adidas -
Shoes arrived on time. Color was exactly as advertised. Extremely comfortable. Shoe laces just a bit too short.

The Adidas Gigaride made a difference from the minute I hit the track in them. Superior cushioning shoe with a great fit.

Very comfortable -
This shoe has been very comfortable and has relieved a great deal of pressure off my forefoot as I am a forefoot striker. They are just a bit narrow but with time I feel they will break in nicely. I have very rigid high arched feet and these are the most comfortable shoe I have run in to date.

Fantastic jogging shoes -
These shoes are fabulous to jog in. I really do not need arch support and as such can't really comment on that. But they fit nicely and look great.

Good news -
If you’re looking for shoes that are comfortable and good to run in these shoes are what you should get. In the first few days of breaking them in it was a little stiff but now these are the best running shoes I have owned so far, plus I have had like 9 or 10 people tell me they looked cool.

Best shoe I own -
I have at least 30 pairs of running shoes of all various types and brands. These by far feel, perform and look the best. No matter what you have to pay, just do it. I have the white pair, they still look brand new, the dirt wipes right off.... I am ordering the blue pair now..... My final word, is "WOW".....

Great Shoe -
I had been nervous about getting back into running because of a knee problem and was looking for a shoe with maximum cushioning. The Gigaride definitely does the trick. Incredible shock absorption and because the cushioning is "structural" the shoe is also very stable and not prone to inversions. Very light weight and FAST and breathable. Not to mention, the shoe looks really good in person. You won't be disappointed.

NOT FOR USE ON ELIPTICAL -
I bought this shoe looking for a good running shoe, and that it is. Very comfortable for walking and running.
But, I am using the elliptical at the moment partly to build my endurance back up (got lazy over the summer) and partly because I twisted my ankle quite badly a few weeks ago. This shoe has consistently caused bad pains on the outside of both of my feet right around where the gap is between "padding" for the front and rear parts of the shoe after about 15 minutes of elliptical use. So, DO NOT BUY THIS SHOE IF YOU INTEND TO USE IT ON AN ELLIPTICAL. If you're going to run in it, then I highly recommend it.

Army use Not a good idea -
These shoes work great for running on pavement or a track, However runing on lose rocks or through sand just doesn't feel right.

Think twice about these -
I owned a pair and put 500 miles on them. They felt a little hard right from the beginning. In addition they are quite a bit heavier than your average running shoe. I have had Adidas for my last two pair and am typically happy with their products. Mostly I bought these for the perceived comfort and great look. However, after having just recently switched to the Asics Gel Kayano's, I realized how uncomfortable these shoes were. If you must buy Adidas, try a different model. Unless you run low weekly mileage, there are better alternatives than the Gigaride.

This shoe looks pretty sweet (although a little too much glitter in the cyber blue), but it runs terribly. The heel-to-toe transition is just about the only thing that functions on this shoe- but this can be good and bad as well since the inner environment is very confining. The Gigaride forces you to run in a certain way, kind of giving you a heavy, locked in feeling due to its rigid build. Sprinting in these is also not very efficient since the structural support, which ends right after the arch, doesn't allow for good flex- it makes you kind of flat footed and inhibits running on the balls of the feet like you're supposed to for fast sprints. As for overall feeling, it seems okay for light to moderate jogging, but running in the a3 Gigaride feels awkward- sometimes it even feels like the shoe makes you wobble a bit, probably owing again to the strange structural supports (plastic cylinders). NOT recommended.

Not good -
I bought these and for the first 3 weeks they were great. After that they literally fell apart. I run an average of 20-25 miles per week and the soles were cracking after this. I would not recommend these to anyone. Not to mention how ugly they are.
