Very narrow toe box. Not at all like the Jazz of old

I can't wear them. Stiff like walking on a 2x4 wood block. Sorry. I loved my first pair from you but these are a "no thank you"

I've been wearing these sneakers for at least 20 years. They have been my go-to sneakers for fit and comfort. I've been watching the quality degrade and the price continue to go up. The last few pairs I've purchased are unwearable. So uncomfortable and the toe part has gotten so much narrower and it crushes my toes. I even sized up 1/2 size and I cannot wear those either. I used to feel like I was walking on a cloud, now the shoe is hard and causes my feet to ache. So sad to see that my favorite sneakers can no longer provide the comfort and quality I relied on for so many years. I wish Saucony would read these reviews and see that I am not alone. Sadly, I must look elsewhere now.

These are not the same Jazz "original" that I had 10-15 years ago. The old ones were very comfortable and true to size 9. These new ones ran one size too small and were hard, without cushion and they felt cheap. Super disappointed.

I wanted to LOVE these sneakers. But they have killed my feet. I am a Teacher and i am on my feet all day. Bought a few weeks ago. SO DISSAPOINTED

Terrible ! The sole is super high and makes the shoe unstable. Very uncomfortable and returned immediately. Different than the others I have ordered. Nice colors though

Most uncomfortable sneaker I've ever had. They were so cute that I kept them in hopes that they just needed to be broken in. Nope!

Saucony you have lost a lot of loyal customers bc your Jazz and every offshoot of them are horribly uncomfortable. They used to be comfortable and look great, whatever u changed, change them back! That simple! Cushioning helps with comfort, remember?! There are plenty of brands to choose from, now many of us have a pair we can't wear! Remember this at your next company meeting. Thanks. Do NOT recommend! Get Brooks, awesome, comfy, reliable, stylish.

I bought this shoe for the old school look and it looks great but its not a comfortable shoe. I've been buying Saucony's for 25 years and have never bought a shoe I didn't like and was uncomfortable

I have been buying these shoes for years. But, the shoes I bought this year were not as comfortable as the previous shoes. I think you must have changed the material because the shoes were stiffer. I returned them. Dealing with your company was wonderful. Ordering was easy and the return was also easy. I wish I could get the same original jazz that I was able to buy years ago.

The cushion that kept me buying Jazz Originals for 20+ years is gone. Jazz Originals usually feel like perfect clouds right out of the box - These felt like crappy normal shoes without the beloved Jazz Originals cushion. Total bummer. I guess my love affair with Saucony is finally over.

Super disappointed! These are so uncomfortable. The sole doesn't bend. I've worn them enough that they should be broken in...they're nothing like past jazz originals I've had. They're very cute, but for the price I expect some comfort too.

I have been wearing Saucony Jazz for 3 decades. These are not them. I have tried my original size and two larger sizes, to no avail. Why oh why would Saucony change something that was beloved to so many customers? It had a wide footbed, regular heal, cushy, walking on clouds from the get-go. These are shorter, narrow in the footbed (tapered, actually), and like walking in wooden shoes. What a disappointment. Alas, after 30 years, I need to find a new, reliable shoe manufacturer. So sad.
