The shoe is comfortable but the insole is not cushiony or comfortable. This shoe runs smaller than others and the width is tighter. I am using them everyday to see if they loosen up a bit.

Surprisingly supportive for Plantar Fasciitis!! I've tried; Nike, Brooks, Altra, Puma, and this Jazz Original is a winner! I've been dealing with PF for over 4 years and almost gave up finding a comfortable pair of athletic shoes. I've even gone to local shoe stores and tried several different brands. It definitely runs 1/2-full size smaller and does NOT come in Wide. I took a long hike on both dirt and pavement and steep hills both ways. This shoe feels really balanced and sturdy with great support for several hours. The sole has great traction, too. I'm so happy with the Jazz, I bought a second pair! Comes with black and white laces, too. Thank you Zappos for the free shipping and outstanding customer service! My feet are finally happy and moving forward. ;)

I’ve tried so many other sneakers but always come back to Saucony Originals. I have sensitive feet so they can’t be too tight in the toe area or too soft or hard in the heel. With these I’ve had to put an insert because the bottom is a bit too hard for me. The insert makes them much more comfortable. The toe area and upper foot is perfect with these sneakers.

Cute classic style. I won’t be wearing them for exercise. But cute in black to wear out n about with leggings.

They are very comfortable, but I am not too crazy about the style.

Love the look. I was looking for a good walking shoe. Just had a foot surgery. The width was great, the comfort level on my sole wasn’t great. Was going to return them, but my daughter liked them so we kept them. I’m sure you can easily put in a comfortable insole, I think? I’ve never had to do that before.

Loved this sneaker when I bought it about 15 years ago. Attempted to replace with both a 6.5 and 7. My original was a 6.5 and very comfortable. The 6.5 was just a hint too short and the 7 was a little too roomy. Had to return both pairs.

Fit was great, very light, and make my feet look smaller.

Ran 1/2 size too big, but decided to keep them anyway since they’re so cute.

I bought these to replace the ones I already have, but again returning for weird sizing. I cannot find any sneakers that properly fit this season! I'm a size 11, bought in 11 and these are a little too long. Other Sauconys I've tried recently the 10.5 versions are too short, but the 11s too long. Returning, maybe I'll try again next year.

Shoe is cute but I normally wear an 8.5 and these felt definitely a half size too big. I will return for an 8.

I have been wearing men's and women's Saucony Jazz shoes for years. However the arch support in this particular version is too high and uncomfortable. The heel is also stiff. This shoe may work for customers with high arches.

These are my first pair of Sauconys, and I purchased the lavender ones with the charcoal heel in size 8.5. I personally preferred the color combinations of the male versions of this style, but couldn't find a male size 6.5 (the smallest size was 7, which was too large). Anyway, these are still great, albeit very bright. They look cool, are incredibly comfortable, and have decent arch support.

I used to wear these shoes in the early 00's and I still like the classic Saucony style. These are super comfortable right out of the box, but the sole is too high for me. I am going with the jazz low pro instead.

Just got these a few weeks ago. They are pretty comfortable, but still trying to break them in. Not a lot of arch support so just got some insouls to give a little more arch support. But they fit well and come with black and white shoe laces.

I actually ordered a 6.5 and a size 7 of different color, but got a 7 & 7.5 instead. It worked out though coz this style felt half a size smaller and the 7.5 fit best! Fast delivery & these Jazz originals are cute! This'll be my new work shoes! will update in a few weeks on comfort, but out the box, feels snug fit with mod arch support! ð???

Overall these were pretty much what I wanted. I was looking for a pair of casual "fashion" sneaks to wear with jeans, etc. I liked the way these looked. And, the price was not too shabby. They're comfortable to walk in---and, I do a lot of walking around when taking care of errands, etc. (I live in NYC). They're not heavy, but they seem pretty durable. Anyway, comfort was the most important factor. But also, I wanted shoes that looked kind of cool since I live in NYC. They come with both white and black shoestrings; so, you can decide which look you prefer (I went with black for now). They kind of have an old school vibe---which I like.

These shoes are super cute and pretty comfy. I love the color combination I ordered and they came with two sets of shoelaces to make them even more fun! Good value for the price!
