Great work shoes - Definitely the most comfortable shoes I've worn. They are so comfortable to put on, and the thick foam heel gives support but feels soft. All black inherently doesn't look good, but this looks and feels better than every other black shoe I've seen. If you have to wear black shoes for work, definitely get these ones! Since they're extra cushy though, I'd suggest getting a half size larger than what you normally wear.

Great shoe. I needed support because I'm on my feet all day. These shoes are great, very comfortable. And they aren't too ugly. Zappos delivery is awesome-short wait.

Great work shoe - I love walking in these shoes, they make being on my feet all day bearable. THe have a lot of cusion, like a pillow. I have very narrow feet, so it makes shoes shopping a little more difficult, but these suit me well. They have good traction as well, if you work in a busy restaurant.

I wanted to love these but they were about a half size too small and felt like they were made of very stiff cardboard.

Awesome shoe! BUT trust the reviews-they really do run a 1/2 to 1 size small.

Ugh. I want to love these shoes so much, but I'm wearing them as I type and they are killing my feet. For some reason they are trying to push my ankles to turn inward/oversupinate. I've worn them a handful of times hoping that they would break in and this would disappear, but it hasn't. They are adorable but I think they are going to have to go on the donate pile as I can't return them at this point.

After reading all of the reviews, I was convinced that somehow my 9.5 size foot would look tiny in these shoes. I'm a sucker for advertising. My foot looks no smaller than it normally looks, add to that the classic design does not breathe very well (I bought these for working out and my feet feel gross afterward) and something about the way they fit makes my foot feel unsecure when I'm really moving around. If I had bought them for an everyday hanging out shoe, I'm sure they would be fine, but for workouts they just aren't cutting it.

It could just be my imagination, but the Saucony sneakers don't seem to have as cushiony a sole as my old ones (that I bought about 8 years ago). The tongue also seems puffier which makes the shoes feel kind of cramped to me. I ended up keeping the gray and orange vegan Sauconys I was going to return. They fit better.

Good Shoe - Comfortable shoe. I wish the toe area were wider. The shoe seems slippery on wet or smooth surfaces.

what happened??? I've been wearing this shoe for years now, and all of a sudden I feel a difference in the quality and fit. My feet hurt in places they haven't before. They must be manufacturing them differently... and my feet are paying the price (so to speak). Can't say I would buy another pair

I gave this sneaker 3 stars for being cute and not bulky looking but that's about it. There is absolutely no support. In fact, the right shoe made my foot turn in. I wore these in the house to test them out. After awhile my right shin was hurting. If you need support, this shoe is not for you. Definitely go with another brand.

Comfortable, but I'm not a huge fan of the sole - they look sort of like platform shoes on me. The laces look darker in real life. Will be returning them.

I loved my old Saucony's, so I ordered the same shoe again. Unfortunately, the new shoes had a less cushioned foot bed. When I removed the inner foot lining and compared it with the one from my original shoes, the difference was immediately noticeable. I ended up placing my old lining in the new shoes. Next time I will look for another brand.

I have been wearing Sauconys almost exclusively for the past 5 years, always the Jazz Originals. About a year ago, they changed the style slightly and, unfortunately, they also changed the sole. I managed to get a few more pairs of the older ones by buying an older color from Zappos, but now that those are all gone. I am going to have to stop wearing these shoes. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I just confirmed last night that the soles changed when I found an old pair in a closet and put them on and instantly my feet felt better. I have sensitive feet and I need good arch and ball support for the 2-3 miles of walking I do in the city each day. These new ones are awful and my feet hurt every time I try to wear them. I wish I had discovered this sooner, as I want to return the pair I just bought. Oh well. Zappos, as always, was supremely helpful and super-humanly fast. I lay all blame on Saucony for forcing me to find a new sneaker.

Weren't what I'd hoped - I returned these as they were not as comfortable as I had hoped and didn't look as great as I had hoped in person. They also had these weird super long double laces that I didn't know what to do with. They made bows that dragged on the floor.

Saucony Jazz Quality Has Deteriorated - I've been buying Saucony Jazz Originals for about four years now. The last 18 months or so, the quality has deteriorated immensely and I've had to return all the shoes. I originally bought them because they had great arch support, were very cushy, and could be adapted to fit my unequal feet. I've removed the insoles to see if I could fit them with store bought ones, but that doesn't work. Nothing compares to the original "Original Jazz" of a few years ago. I am sad to say Saucony has lost my business on this item. The fit is now hard, no arch support at all, and overall the look has cheapened a bit. I am very disappointed in Saucony. I've tried some of their running shoes which seemed decent at first, but I cannot replicate the fit and comfort of the Jazz. Zappos, as always, rocks! The best service and selection of any online company.

I have wide feet with a narrow heel, and I run. I was super excited after reading these reviews, but this shoe is awful! There is NO arch support, and the toe box is narrower than my New Balance (supposedly it was wider based on reviews). There is so much rubber on the heel that I felt like I was wearing high heels. My body weight was forced to shift forward onto the ball of my foot because of the difference in height from heel to toe. It just made the ball of my foot hurt so badly that after wearing them 1 night and 1 full day my foot has sharp shooting pain even with no weight on it. I am so annoyed that I'm stuck with these shoes! If you already walk more on the ball of the foot avoid these shoes.

Love these athletic casuals. This is the first pair of Saucony for me. I ordered size 11B, and since this shoe runs narrow, they worked out perfectly for my narrow to medium width foot with a high instep. I use 3/4 length orthotic inserts, and they fit well with them. They are cushy and comfortable. Good purchase.
