Okay, first off these are driving shoes, made for driving not running, working out, walking a lot, etc. But seeing them for what they are they do a pretty good job (modulating brake pressure, heel to toe downshifts, etc.). They do run a tad narrow but then again I'm a big guy with wide feet. If you're serious about driving, Pilotis are a lot better and more comfortable over long drives but they are really hard to find.

I only hope they never stop making "Speed Cats"; style and comfort, what else can you ask for?

I bought these shoes on the recommendation of my martial arts instructor, and they've been great. The soles move well, provide a nice balance of traction and mobility, and the sturdy heel won't "peel" off like my last pairs always did.

Great shoes, felt as if I had had be wearing them 6 months right out of the box. They look great with jeans or shorts.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them! he already wore out a black pair after 5 years, so hopefully these will last another 5! Great buy and a great look.

My son who is 10 really wanted some Puma shoes but we couldn't find them in his size anywhere but here! He loves them, they are holding up well and he is really tough on his shoes! Great product! Fast shipping.

These shoes are quite awesome! I purchased them in blue suede. Their retro-look is quite stylish and they are comfortable. I've received a lot of compliments about them. You may want to think twice however about spending an entire day walking around in them. I would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting a cool retro look and feel. Other reviews suggested ordering a size larger than normal. I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly.

The shoe runs narrow and smaller. I wear a size 9 and had to get a size 10 to fit. To bad they don't make it in wide. Love Zappos.

Hottest shoes ever. Super light and very comfortable. Go with just about anything and available in so may colors your sure to find a pair to match what your wearing. So put something sexy on your feet guys, and step in to a pair of Speed Cats to strut around town in.

These are really retro - I'm a '70s kid and love the way they look! These are great for casual wear and running errands, but not so much for a serious day of walking. I found that out the hard way. The toe box is narrow and I experienced a significant amount of discomfort after about 4 hours of pounding the pavement on city streets. Beyond that they are made well and go great with jeans or sweat suits.

It's a nice looking shoe, very light weight, and hugs the foot comfortably, but it is horrible for running. There's next to nothing between your foot and the rubber on the bottom of the shoe so it kills the ball of your foot. It does work well for walking, maybe even jogging at best, but if you're looking for a shoe to do some running in, this is not the one for you.

Honestly, I hate these shoes. I saw people wearing them all over, so I thought I'd try a pair. For me they fit funny and feel weird. I've maybe worn them five times; right now they are in a box in my closet. Not a fan of these.

These shoes/sneakers are very comfy; perfect for driving or traveling, since they are very light.

Awesome shoe, bought it to replace the exact same color/fit that got worn out. Looks great with khakis and jeans, a good blend of classy and casual.

I use these shoes for my crossfit workout. I need shoes that allow my feet to be flat so I can put all the weight on my heels when I am lifting weights. Although I use them to workout, I must say that I am the most stylish girl in the gym.

I love the way they look. The bottoms are not as stiff and uncomfortable as I heard they were. But their sole is very thin. My plans before even getting the shoe was to switch out the insoles to really soft athletic ones called Spenco Polysorb. One big issue with these Pumas are that the backs of these are real low, so switching for anything other insoles would make it feel like your feet might pop out as you walk. I developed really bad blisters on my heels in the beginning because I didn't know the reason. The fit is actually best when there's no soles at all (that's how low the backs are), but feels like you're walking barefoot on the ground. I'm using Dr. Scholl's Memory Foam insoles and the original insoles together, making it just slightly elevated. Other than the really low back that doesn't allow you to change insoles, the shoes are great. Love the look.

These are very comfortable driving shoes with excellent pedal feedback. Fantastic function AND form? These deliver.

The Puma Speed Cat SD US is my favorite all time sneaker. They make my foot look slim and look good with pants, like a suede shoe. I am now on my third pair because I've been wearing them for years. Yes, they last very well and hold up to big city walking. Comfort and clean lines.

I love this shoe. I have a difficult time because I just had foot surgery and now I'm really careful as to what I wear. The doctor told me make sure the shoe is comfortable and has an arch support. It's hard to find an attractive shoe with both, believe me, I'm ordering shoes every week and having to send them back. This shoe is all even though it's just an athletic shoe. It is everything. I really love it. So now I have a casual jean shoe and have to find the rest. Dress, Boot, sandal, etc.

If you take style over comfort, these shoes are great! I love them, I just wouldn't wear them if you have major walking or standing to do.

This shoe is perfect for well groomed athletic wear. It doesn't look like you are coming from or going to the gym--but you could be.

These are just as cute as I hoped they'd be but are definitely not as comfortable as I'd like for athletic shoes. I got them to look cute taking my son for walks in his stroller and as a nice casual sneaker to wear when running errands. They fit the bill as very stylish sneakers to wear, but are definitely not for long walks! My feet start to get a little uncomfortable if it's more than a few miles of walking. Plus they run small! I usually wear 9 or 9.5 (9.5 for sneakers). Ordered these in 9.5 and they didn't fit. Anyway, these shoes are great as a Euro kind of sneaker for fashion but not appropriate beyond for casual wear. Which is fine because that's why I got them.

LOVES IT! I work in retail and I used to have a lot of pain standing up all day at the register, but as soon as I slipped my feet into these puppies, BLAMMO! I was pain free. These shoes are great for speed walking and running around a big store -- and are just plain sexy looking. Everyone compliments my sexy fast feet now!

What can I say? These are the ultimate driving shoes. Got the Italian suede speed cats in red in 2003, fell in love with them, and haven't been able to find them since (7 years). While the puma 'stripe' isn't suede on this version, the color is absolutely spot on. Thanks Zappos for ending my 7 year hunt!

I love these sneakers! They are super comfortable and easy to slide on and off. I wish they had a little more arch support but they are so cute it doesn't matter.
