I'm in love with the boot, itself (please read below for the "but")! So classic, but yet so practical and cozy. I have worn these for a few years now (I got them as a Christmas gift...husband did well that year!). These boots have excellent traction and they keep my feet nice and warm in the sub-zero weather we have had in New England lately. These boots are also stylish (especially given the latest boot trend) so I do not mind wearing them around town.
However... the construction of the boot at the top near the fur is poor. I pulled on my boot the other day and the folded part (where the fur is) ripped cleanly from the suede. I am rating this boot a 3/5 because I called Ugg and they said that it was simply because of wear and tear. I have had these boots for two years now and a $200 something boot should not tear in a place that doesn't endure "wear and tear." The rest of the boot is in mint condition, but the boot is now rendered useless.
If you plan to invest in this boot, please note that the UGG warranty last for only 1 year and it does not cover regular "wear and tear" (which is, quite frankly, subjective based on my case). Unless you do not mind purchasing $200 winter boots every 2 years, invest away! Otherwise, be cautious. I have five pairs of their shoes in my closet right now (and I wear all of them frequently), and I have never had an issue with the shoe construction. Now that I do have an issue, I am so disappointed to find UGG's customer service to be "less then."

I bought these before a trip to Iceland, they leaked terribly and i had to wear plastic bags over my socks. I was fairly miserable. Customer service was great and replaced them. I just noticed that the sole is starting to pull away at the toe on the new ones. It seems you can only get one or two seasons of use out of them.

I really want to rate these a 5, as they are stylish and very warm. I bought these for our 8 day winter honeymoon in Iceland and they were great, until the water started to seep in.... I did not wear them in heavy rain or go through puddles, but after a few days they left me soaking wet (and with nothing dry to wear the rest of our trip!) I took the liners out each night and let them dry, but the bottom of the inside of the boot was still wet the next morning, and of course the snow/rain started to seep in after being outside. It's possible my pair is defective, which is what I want to believe because I love your product and love these boots otherwise. Please contact me about exchanging my boots for a new pair! thank you.

Love the boots, however on each foot there was this uncomfortable lining that was sticking out. Lacing is also difficult to lace on the flap. But couldn't return it since it was something I needed for my trip. Everything else was good

While I love uggs I didn't love these ( personal taste ) super comfortable, I sized up a half a size for a good fit. I can't compare them to my $90 kamiks. Love my kamiks for snow even though they only lasted me 3 years. The ugg brand may last longer but u couldn't make the switch.

good news is these are warm and dry boots. Sorry to say they are NOT easy to put on. Reminds me of laced ski boots as a child...which I always needed help to put on. You need to allow close to 5 minutes to put these boots on.

I was very disappointed with this product. It lasted only one season. They are very stiff. after a couple weeks of snow in NYC it literally teared up-part in the front not sure if these were defective but I will definitely not be purchasing another pair

These boots are cute and versatile. Can be worn on cold days to enhance an outfit, yet also seem durable enough to hike in. My fianc purchased these as a gift for me because I will be going to Italy during their winter months. He wanted me to have a shoe that can be comfortable and stylish. The boots are super cute, but seem to run a little small due to the sole reinforcement and the lack of give in the material at the toe. My right foot is bigger than my left, and although the "true fit indicator" stated I was an 11; this has proven to be false. I wore them once to break in, and my toe was sore from it being smashed. I do not know if I will even take them to Italy now. This is a shame due to the cost of the boot. My suggestion, get them a little bigger and just wear thicker socks.

The boots look great! However, I am wondering if anyone else noticed this discrepancy. The sole insert that comes with the boot ends about an 1/8" to soon so my wife toes always grab the top end of boot which makes them uncomfortable.

I've had these boots for 5 years. Worn them in all kinds of weather, even in summer! During winter, in snowy conditions my feet felt wet and cold. Would like to see real warm and waterproof boot. Ty
Would recommend. But not for cold weather hiking/ walking

Cute boots but when I wore them to a festival in January my feet were frozen. They did not keep my feet very warm. Other than that I really like them.

It won't even go onto my foot... I have wide (and long) feet, but most shoes made in my size (12) will at least sort of fit. Despite being labeled as 12M, these are so narrow, they won't even go onto my feet. So now I resort back to the ugly guys' shoes.

I got this several years ago in white. I don't even think they make this color anymore and they have may have improved the boot itself since then. It's probably the best thing out there in terms of a warm boot made out of natural material. Here are the things that bother me. It is too wide and does not fit comfortably. My feet are not narrow. There is something hard in the back that rubs against my foot when I walk. The boot is pretty heavy. It looks cute folded over but in reality it's hard to fold over the tough leather on the outside so it does not easily fold and then it's hard to tie the laces with the fold in place. Overall I only had good experience with the UGG classic slipper like boots. Every other type of boot I had tried from UGGs has been uncomfortable and not true to size. Not true to size is weird because I never run into this with any other brand.

I really liked these but they had to go back. They were comfortable and soft. They also looked really nice and weren't super bulky. However, I wore them twice in the snow and they were not waterproof which was the whole purpose for me buying them so they had to go back.

Nice looking boot however it was very small and narrow compared to other boots I ordered. Order 1 size larger. I would if I could but the 12 is very small, more like a small 11. I normally have a very narrow foot and this felt narrow.

I so wanted to love these boots. A friend has had a pair for many years and recommended them, and we both have/have had foot problems and are picky about our shoes. They are plush and warm but the toe box is too low and it was uncomfortable no matter what size. I tried both 10 and 11 and couldn't keep them. I am disappointed especially because I have other UGG boots that did not pose this problem. Winter is hard enough but I can't have uncomfortable boots while walking through NYC snowstorms.
