I bought this style of boot 7 years ago and the boots are still great. My only complaint is that the tongue on the right boot shifts out of place, and also I often feel a slight rub on the inside ankle of the right boot. These things lead me to believe there is some kind of construction flaw in the right boot. I've worn these while hiking in Vermont in January and my feet never felt the cold. I do wear wool socks with them.

This boot is the warmest boot ever! Ihad them for 2 winters and live in Chicago. they are also cute. true to size, I have them in bulberry wine,plan on getting navy this winter!

I have had several pairs of ugg boots and always loved them, so i decided to invest in these. I'm glad I did, I live in upstate NY and we get rough winters. It hasn't snowed yet but I am sure these will hold up great. I am usually a 6.5 in everything, and I got a 7 in these, and they are still snug but I can still wear thick socks with them. I would def get a half size up, if not a whole size. I got the stout color and it's lovely! I am sure I'll have these for years to come!

I usually buy a 9.5 but I bought these in a 10. I wear them without socks and they are so very comfortable. I don't walk long distances, but I run around in the snow and cold a lot, walking my kids to school, and these have been perfect for 3 years. I also LOVE Ugg slippers!

I am glad I read so many reviews for this boot! I was hesitant to buy, just because I have never spent that amount on a pair of boots/shoes before, but I figured I'd give it a try and return if I had second thoughts. I am so happy I got them! I have had Uggs that I loved before, but not something so heavy-duty. They seem very well constructed, they are super warm, the sheepskin is very high quality, and they even look so cute! They are definitely a half size (maybe even a whole) small, I usually wear a 6-6.5 and the 7 I got was perfect, my toes just brush the front of the boot but after breaking them in around my house the footbed flattened and I have more room. I am sure they will last for years and years. Perfect winter boot, worth the money, can't wait for the snow!

I love these boots already. They are very warm and comfortable. I bought them to wear in Europe in January. I am hoping they will be safe to wear in snow (I have never seen it let alone been in it) and relied a lot on previous reviews.

I will be using my boots when I go to Fairbanks Alaska and the Artic for a trip to see the Northern Lights and I was told the boots where made for walking on wet surfus' and that they don't slid around.

I must say these boots were well worth every penny. They are so comfortable and great for wet cold weather also really well made. I bought them to have for next winter and I was not dissappointed at all with my purchase. My shoe size is a 9 but I ordered a 9 1/2 because of all the reviews that say they run a little small and I have to agree. The 9 1/2 fits perfect if I had ordered a 9 they would've been to tight and I would've had to exchange the size. So you may want to size up a half size. Other then that so, so, so pleased with my boots!

Love these boots. They are warm and snug, and very comfortable.Have worn them in Utah and Wyoming winters. Would definitely recommend buying these.

I wear my boots as much as I can...I am in California's Central Valley and it sometimes is too warm to wear them...lol They are very well made. They are perfect fit. I measured my foot at an UGG store as an 8, and I purchased an eight. Perfect fit. I like that I can buy insoles and replace the ones in them when they wear out. They are leather boots, not suede. I like that I can also pull up tops or roll the tops over to show the lamb lining. These are definitely great for outdoor camping and hiking and I will be sure to also buy a second pair of classic to wear around also...LOVE THEM!!!!

I brought 2 pairs the black ones for my mom, and the dark browns for myself.
I've worned both of the boot and sofar, the black ones are heavier then the darker brown ones FOR ME, but overal it snowed today and it definitely did it's purpose.
Also, you will feel taller in these boots, i am 5'10 &1/2 and yes i did feel the difference.
I love these boots, i wouldn't wear them, with heavy socks (i did and i regret that lol) light socks is all u need, and i am a 9&12 and my mom is a 9W...so i brought us both size 10 ( i like room in my boots and she said the size 9's were too tight) we both love em.
These boots are definitely worth the money, i reccommend these, you will not be disappointed! :)

I got these boots to wear walking to work in deep snow, or across icy parking lots. They were comfortable the minute I put them on...no break in period. My feet stay warm, even if I just wear tights. The traction on icy pavement is great and they look good, even with dress slacks. The best pair of boots I've ever owned...and I've tried a lot.

Best boot ever, ordered a 1/2 size up and they almost feel to large, am going to add an insole for a better fit. Great traction in the snow, very warm.

These shoes are great! They are heavy on the feet but that's what you need for great weather-performance and they are easy to walk in. They are very comfortable and keeps your feet warm. I like that you can roll the fur up and down whenever you want, also. However, when I wore these shoes without socks, I received a blister on both feet around the same area. Apparently, there's a spot on the boot that doesn't have much protection from the sheepskin and it kept rubbing against my skin creating a blister. The size of the blister is not too bad but it killed me during my travel. As an optimistic person, I'll just discontinue wearing these shoes without socks- they really are great and I've gotten many compliments.

I have both the short and tall classic boot size 9. The short feels true to size and the tall feels .5 size bigger. So I ordered this boot in a 9 and left boot fills true in size (no socks) but the right is snug, should have ordered size up. I would suggest if you wear a true 9, order 9.5. I do not wear socks with my UGG boots.
I purchased the UGG Care Kit last year and treated all UGG boots in my household as directed on product and it really works. Go ahead and spring for the $20.00 and treat your boots. My light colored classic short still looks almost new and I wear them almost everyday in the winter.
