These boots are quality! They were comfortable right out of the box. Nice and warm for these Ohio winters. Beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

Love these Uggs. This is my second pair, first one lasted for 5 years! These boots are very warm and comfortable. I tried similar style in other branda and they even come close to these.

I wear a 9.5 narrow and boots can be difficult to find a good fit. These boots feel 1/2 size too small initially until you wear them and they form to your feet. The sheepskin sole liner gives you the initial impression they are too small but by removing the liner insert you quickly see your normal shoe size is correct. Zappos fast shipping and great customer service is the reason I keep coming back.

I've been coveting this Ugg boot for years. This year, I finally splurged on them. I read a ton of Zappos reviews. All that feedback was helpful. I made two returns in process. I wear a 9.5, the 10 fits perfectly without socks, which is how I like to wear my Uggs. The Obsidian color was more attractive on my monitor. I was disappointed in the brown tone when the boot arrived. So, I sent it back to Zappos. I then ordered the Otter color. That color also looked better on my monitor. I expected the Otter color to be more in line with the color of a classic Timberland. When the boot arrived, the Otter color had greenish undertones, to me. I didn't like that. So, I returned again for the black. The best thing about the black color is how it makes my feet look smaller. The Ugg Adirondack Boot II is very flexible. I was surprised at just how flexible the boot is. The top of the toe box and shaft are very pliable with movement and feeling of a rain boot. The shearling footbed feels very plush under my toes and I absolutely love that. I'm not crazy about the toe box shape of this boot. I wish it were more rounded. IMHO, a rounded toe box would look more classic and fashion forward at the same time. It would also give the foot more space for a thick sock. I'm not crazy about the look of this boot on me. However, it's a solid functional purchase. The Adirondack II is well made. It is light weight. It feels like it will be durable. And it's warm. However, I've not worn them in the snow yet. There is no arch support. These Uggs are great for driving. The flexibility and plush shearling felt awesome during my drive. The sole feels substantial with a nice grip. I must mention the Zappos excellent customer service team. They are so friendly, expert and helpful. They making shopping on Zappos a real pleasure.
