Love them! I have purchased winter boots every year, only to find them not warm enough, not sturdy enough, or not wide enough. These boots are very warm, are sturdy and wide enough for my wide feet. I love them.

Great Comfort, but a little problem with inside fleece dye - These are the first UGG boots I have ever purchased (Beacon, After Dark) and didn't have to change size as other reviewers said they had to do. Received the boots in a timely fashion and 3 days later received 10 inches of snow, so GREAT timing. The boots performed admirably in the snow and stayed warm throughout, but my problem is the interior fleece dye is coming off, if I wear the boots barefoot, no offense to the American Indians, but I could become a member of the "Black Foot Tribe." I have taken to wearing socks and the white socks are now black!

These are good boots, but not as well fitting as I expected. While the size length is right, they are too wide and loose around the heel. Walking works your socks down off your foot, so I can understand why some choose not to wear any socks. My solution is to wear very thick woolen socks or double up - I wouldn't like to walk miles in them, but they are great for general outings. Might be improved if they had strap above the ankle that could be adjusted like many motor cycle boots.

Big foot - Not worth the price, uncomfortable heel area. Great service from Zappos. Had to return the first 17, too big, 16 ok but not what I expected from Uggs. Free, fast shipping always! Keep up the great service! With a size 17 foot I'm a happy customer for 7 years.

Big and Bulky - I was surprised when these arrived, because the boot was shaped like a block, and that didn't really come through in the online pictures. The heels were pretty loose, and even though I went with a half-size smaller than I normally wear (a 10, instead of a 10.5), they were still too large. Having said that, they were very comfortable, and had they fit properly, I probably would have kept them. I don't think I can go all the way down to a 9, so I'm trying the Ugg Hartsville instead, even though it isn't entirely lined.

Nice boot, but not a nice fit. I am usually a size 9 in all boots and shoes and have never varied. However, I ordered the size 9 and they were much too large. I practically walked out of the boot. Zappos did a GREAT JOB of allowing me to return the 9 and get a size 8. The 8 is better, but they still slide on my feet while my toes are touching the end of the boot. I do have to wear them with socks because without socks, they slide too much. Probably just my dumb feet.

Normally a size 12. Tried both 11 and 12, eleven fit much better. Heel still flops up a bit when walking, toe snug. Based on the glowing reviews and my childhood memories of a pair of lace up boots with fleece, I was expecting more. A bit disappointed.

Okay, but - First order, for one size below my normal size, was way too big. Re-ordered at two sizes below (full sizes only!) and that sort of fits, but it is still loose in the heel area, but tight up front. Keeps feet very warm without socks. Comfy. Don't know why they have to sew that label in the bottom, though.

Not built to last! These are very comfortable boots. The only problem I have with them is that the inner sole has worn down in certain areas in less then a month of owning them. I can purchase a new sole but I still feel they should be made to last. Also I took the manufacturer’s suggestion and wore the boots without socks but the boots black dye on the inside turned my feet and toenails black.
