These boots are exactly what I was looking for. The first pair I ordered was too small and needed to be returned. The return process was very customer service friendly. These are an exact fit, I wear a size 7 in all other shoes, and this 7 fit me perfectly.

I love, love, love these boots! I have gotten sooo many compliments. You can wear with a cute sundress or jeans. They are true to size, but like most boots they need to be broken in. Great cowboy boot for girly girls!!

Great Boot - I found that I had to order a half size smaller than what I normally wear in sneakers and dress shoes. Boots like this fit differently than regular lace shoes because you can tighten or loosen the laces. Overall, the first day I received the boots, I wore them out. They were extremely comfortable and I am finding that the more I wear them the more comfortable that they become. I recommend these boots to anyone.

I ordered a half size down because of reviews and the boots were too tight. This is like my hundredth pair of boots/shoes from ZAPPOS. Usually when reviews say order down or up I do and they fit. I have very narrow feet so I figured they'd probably fit, but not even close. I have around 15 pairs of cowboy boots. Boots are not supposed to fit snug or tight in the toe area. You should have some wiggle room, but in these you can't budge a toe. Mine were completely cramped. You could never stretch these out enough to be comfortable to wear for any length of time. Leather will only stretch so far, then you’re stuck with boots you thought would fit one day but didn't. I bought these same Justin’s about 15yrs ago, had them resoled twice. Finally threw them out last night, because the front toe was showing the metal. Plus the old distressed finish was gone, because the last time I had them resoled, the moron shoe guy glazed them a caramel color and shined them up real pretty. After they collectively managed to ruin my favorite boots, the "moron" hit on me. Anyhoo that was the end of the distressed rugged look. I also noticed that these Justin’s were much narrower than my old ones. I love the finish but I'm not crazy about the skinniness of the ball of the foot part. They look a bit too dainty instead of real cowboy, which I think is sexier. Don't know if I'll exchange them for my regular size which is 8.5. Wide feet girls would have some trouble getting into these. Maybe if they ordered a half size up, but I doubt it. So frustrating, I really hoped these were my old favorite boots, which are now covered in teriyaki sauce in the trash. Too late to dig em' out I suppose. Rocket Dog Roundups are so much better, more comfortable, no break in time, sexier, and cost less. Oh and lots of lovely wiggle room for your tootsies. ZAPPOS still rocks as always. An added bonus is their male customer service reps don't hit on you when you're not happy with your order. Cheers.
