First time buyer of Uggs and they are amazing! I am so warm in them and they are adorable! Used a suede protector on them before wearing and makes a difference removing stains.

Love these! Bought a pair 3 years ago and just needed to get a new pair now! I wear them every day in the winter so they hold up to everything. I normally wear a 10 but need a 9 in Uggs.

Boots are great & extremely warm, feel a bit heavy & you should definitely size down when ordering.

Zappos' service is the best on the web! That deserves 5 stars. As far as this pair of Ugg boots goes, they are what they claim to be, although the actual color is more beige than the picture above shows. I've tried other Ugg boots, but nothing works as well as those with full fluffy sheepskin sock lining down to the toes. This pair has that, as well as most of the original ones.

I love Uggs. I hope they never go out of style. These boots are warm, comfy and cozy. This is my 4th pair of Uggs.

I have a high arch and narrow foot so never bought Ugg prior to this pair. Went on vacation to Utah and wore them the entire time! I even wore them barefoot! They were warm and cozy and I love them! Highly recommend them.

OMG, I love, love, love my UGG boots. I wish I would have gotten them sooner. Spring is almost here and I only got to wear them a few times. They are soooo comfy!! I give them 10+!

They’re really soft and comfortable, and have a great slip guard, but they look a little "farmer jo". I guess that's the sacrifice we have to make for winter!

I love these boots - My Black Ugg Sunburst boots are beautiful. The inside fleece is sooo soft & snuggly. I wear a size 8 1/2 Medium & size 9 fits perfectly. I wear them with my jeans & they are dressy enough to wear with skirts. I am totally happy with them. I haven't worn them in the snow or rain yet, so I don't know how the dark color will hold up, but I did purchase the Ugg waterproofing spray & applied it before I wore them, so they should be fine. I love them & can't say enough good things about these boots!!!!

Wonderful - These boots are awesome for cold weather and you will not regret the splurge.

My boyfriend might think these are the UGG-liest boots in the world, but they are SO comfortable and warm, I never take them off! Order a half a size down from your regular size...Uggs run big!

GREAT BOOTS!!!! & Sizing Help - I recently ordered these boots and let me just say that they are beautiful! However, I was worried about what size to get. I normally wear a 10, but a couple of pairs of my shoes are a 9.5. I ended up getting the 10's in the Uggs and they are a teensy bit loose but I tried on the 9's in a department store and they were too small. My suggestion for those who wear whole sizes is to order the size that you wear in other boots and tennis shoes (it's the best indicator). For those who wear 1/2 sizes, go the next size down. I hope this helps!

Love my Uggs Sunburst Tall - I received my Ugg boots just a couple weeks ago and absolutely LOVE them! They are super comfortable and very cute- already received several compliments. I would advise getting 1 size smaller then you normally wear- I am a 7 and got the 6 and they are perfect! Zappos is the best- fast shipment, good guarantees- love them. Ugg SunBurst Tall - I just received my Ugg's in chestnut, and all I can say is I love them! I have them in the sand color as well, they are such nice boots, just order a size down they do tend to run big. I have to say zappos is the best online store I have ever ordered from! They upgraded my order to one day for no cost. Zappos gets an a+++ from me and I will be back :}

Beautiful boot - This is a very warm and wonderful looking winter boot. I recommend ordering a size smaller than you normally wear as they run very big. They stretch to accomodate your foot. I have received numerous compliments on them. Waterproof them before you wear them.
