It's too big and I bought my size. I'll be flopping around. Sucks cause I really wanted those boots.

I do not like the new fabric, sole over texture of the sunburst tall uggs, the sole is too big and bulky also the fabric feels extra cheep i give this project a 2 ot of 5.. will be exchanging this item

I wouldn't buy this boots again. The 1st one was stolen, and I should have saw that a sign. This black boots ruined my beige jeans pants. The fur inside the boots dye bled I didn't even call ugg or even return it because it's warm. So I'll give it a . Oh and the left foot is dented at the front.

So I've had these versions back in like 2007 or so and the tan was a nice dark tan and the fur lining was so thick and plush, well I just opened these up to find a whole new boot , the tan picture in photo (Chestnut) is not the same color as the boot , the boot is soooo light in a ran shade doesn't even match photo, Also the fur lining soooo thin makin6fhem seem like a cheap knock off, the fur on my old ones was so thick and plush, even the fur on the inside is so thin, I no ugg is going like eco friendly but wow could you please use a lil more fur, especially since there so expensive. I'll prolly just keep them just to have a extra pair of boots but my how they have changed from the previous version

What makes the shoe superior then all the other ugg boots is the hard rubber sole it actually last and won't wear out and become garbage like the other Uggs , but the side fur is so cringy , we need options variety we're tired of our Uggs wearing down!! Make these an option without the cringy side fur

Honestly, I think these are the cutest boots UGG has, so I was really sad when the sole was as constricting as it was! I am a 9.5 in women's shoes, but UGG doesn't do half sizes. Typically, I get a 9 in UGGs since they tend to stretch with wear, but because of the sole on this shoe that stretch is not possible. The size 10 is way too big on me and my foot slides around. I'm going to have to return the pair as the 9 is painful and the 10 is too roomy. A simple remedy to this issue would be either putting the original UGG sole on this style to allow for stretch, or to make half sizes. Quality was great as always, and a super cute style. Just really sad about the updated sole.

Never buying again

I get that you have to change the style and make them more up to date but, these are so big and uncomfortable. I received the chestnut as a Christmas gift, and the color is a lighter tan. They are not the darker tan like the older models ( which I still have.) I'm vey disappointed in the color and the ankle pains I get when I wear them.

The color is lighter than the picture and the quality is not the same as back then ! I don't recommend to waste your time buying this product when i buy something it should be the same as the picture

The color was not Chestnut more so a Seed color. The calf was so wide. Had to return.

The quality of Ugg boots has really declined. I've had these boots for a little over a month and I've worn them a total of 5 times but they look two years old already. I make sure to take good care of my boots when wearing them and keep them wrapped in the paper in the box but the black color is fading off of them. The toe area looks scuffed up because the color is rubbing off. These are the 3rd pair of Sunburst Tall boots I've owned. The chestnut, grey and now black but the black are horrible. I wish I could return them because I wasted almost $300 on these crappy boots. I've stayed true to the Ugg brand for many years but this experience might change that.

I purchased sunburst tall grey..not made like before.. boot will wear out fast. Very disappointed. Have other colors and they still in good condition after a couple of years of wear.

Purchase the tall sunburst UGG boots and return it the same day I receive it, do to poor quality and cheaply made. The boots also wasn't as tall as my previous one I purchase a year ago

When I received my boots , the thread going around the boot on the top of the toe the thread was sticking out like the stitches was popped

First off let me say I do not have wide feet and was told my instep is normal. So with that said these boot look nice and I was super excited to get them. That is as far as the excitement went. The moment I went to slide my foot in it I knew these weren't for me. The fur lining across the top of the foot on the boot makes the shoes instep even smaller then it already is. Can't slide into them no matter how I tried or even with a shoe horn. I was saddened by this and had to return the boots. I seem to have this problem a lot with their boots. To go bigger would ment swishing around in the boot when you walk.

I had a horrible experience placing my order then I was just disappointed with the quality of the item that I received. After 2 weeks the boosts ripped in the back and customer service was not helpful at all

Black was not black, it was like an ashy black. And I purchased these boots before and they were BLACK. I'm guessing I got sent a pair of boots that were sitting in the back of the warehouse collecting dust.

I purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she tried them on, we saw there was a rip on the seam of one of the boots. Unfortunately, I am having a hard time exchanging them.

Purchased the correct size but they didn't fit well and were uncomfortable. Very disappointing. May try a different style next year. Waited several years for this style. Will wait longer and purchase the same ones again that I already have and are looking kind of worn out. Or perhaps it's time for a new brand altogether!
