Worth every penny for the comfort and looks - I bought these for my daughter for Christmas....she says they are the MOST comfortable boots she has ever worn and she also said this was the first time she could actually wear a shoe, and not have it hurt her feet. They look spectacular on her and she absolutely loves them. I am so glad Zappos had these boots, when no one else did...not to mention the INCREDIBLE service I received throughout the entire ordering process..From now on..I will always go to Zappos FIRST!!

So Comfortable! This is my first pair off UGGs. When I first put them on, I didn't want to take them off! They are so comfortable. I usually wear a 9 1/2, but the size 9 fit. Great boots and awesome customer service!

Ultimate Ugg Boot - This type of Ugg boot is flippin awesome!!! For me the boots are really comfortable. They just about go good with anything! I got so many compliments on them! BUY THEM THEY'RE GREAT!!!

The BEST Ugg available! I got the tan colored boot in a 7 although I usually wear an 8, and it's perfect! I used to hate the way Uggs looked, but these do not have the same "flat" soles as do the original. They are far more stylish and I have not went anywhere without someone giving me a compliment. Including from men, who traditionally are very skeptical of the boot look! I live in a semi-rural area and was scared of what dirt or mud would do to the shoe, and surprisingly, they are very easy to clean! Dirt brushes off easily and mud can be scratched off without ever using water or the boots looking too worn. This is the best Ugg boot out there, it is ultra comfortable and looks equally good inside or outside of jeans. I love wearing it with a skirt and tights the most!

I love my Ugg's Sunburst Tall boot... I love my Ugg's Sunburst Tall boot. It is pretty, warm and comfortable. I've been looking for this boot at different web sites. I could only find my size (6) in Zappos and received it in a timely manner. I'm so satisfy my purchase at Zappos.

Nana Moon's Boots - Both my daughters (thirty something) have these boots, they talked me into them. I absolutely love them, they are the most comfortable, warmest, stylishly youthful boots I have ever worn on my feet...and my size fit to a tee. I simply love them...Thanks to my girls Tambrea & Tonya...I am now going on 39!! PS My granddaughters wear them too....Preteens!! Fit for the whole gang....My Moon Gang.

Uggs are a winter buster! This is my forth pair of Ugg boots-can you really have too many? I always order a half size down in the boots and they fit just right. There is something to be said about walking your dogs on a freezing cold day and you're barefoot in your Uggs... Zappos, as always, had them to me in no time.

Love them! Mine just arrived in the mail & I absolutely LOVE them! They are so comfortable that I do not want to take them off (if I could I would sleep in them!) LOL and the service that Zappos offers is excellent! I will shop here more often.

Ugg Sunburst Tall Chestnut - I have four pairs of the Ugg Classic Tall and two pairs of the slippers and I ordered these in chestnut-These are ok if you’re looking for something different other than the classic look. They have a more rugged sole. Still run a little big. I’m a size 9-10 and I ordered a 9 which fit fine the 10 was too big. Had a problem with the sizing and Zappos sent a new pair the very next day. Hurray for Zappos again great customer service. Thanks!

Sunburst Uggs - Beautiful boot, more firm than the classic. Buy your normal size of this Ugg not the size down. I wear a 7 1/2 in a regular shoe, but got this in a 7 and it feels good, but not like a slipper like Classic Uggs.

Great Ugg boots - These boots are great. They do run a little big, I wear a size 7, but they are a little big. Looks and feels great, you never want to take them off!

Worth the investment!!! These boots are GREAT - I've had mine since Oct 2005, they still look great as the first time I wore them! Be sure to pre-treat with protector, and order at least a half size down. I wear an 8.5 to 9 in everything, and mine are an 8 and are PERFECT! Great boot to wear with denim skirts, jeans, cords, etc...You will NOT BE disappointed!

Good Boot - I actually bought this pair for my mom, but I own the same boot. They do run a little big, so if you are a half size, then I'd go down to the full size instead of going up. Otherwise they are very warm and very comfortable. I wore mine ice fishing and had warm feet all day.

The BEST service!!! This is a great looking comfortable boot! It does run large. I normally wear a 10 but have this boot in a 9. It fits snug but will stretch out and the interior fur will mold to your foot. I can't say enough about the customer service at Zappos! They sent me an exchange boot immediately and let me keep both boots to decide which fit was best. It was so easy to return the unwanted pair and I LOVE that shipping is free (both ways)! I will order from Zappos again and again.

UGG Sunburst - A perfect fit. Order one size under what you normally wear. Because of the construction Ugg's fit my wide feet as well as my daughter’s normal width. I started buying Ugg’s for her and have just become addicted myself. Just had to order these. I am a number one fan of UGG boots and bags. Zappos has the best prices. I always compare shopping. I am a happy customer.

Simply Wonderful! I love, love, LOVE these boots! I'm an UGG fanatic, and these are definitely the best yet! I'm ordering a pair for my mother for Christmas. Definitely order a size down, they run somewhat big. I get compliments wherever I go, plus they keep my feet toasty in the harsh cold (it also doesn't hurt that these boots are absolutely ADORABLE!!) Guys read this!!!! My future wife wanted UGGs for about one month. Hearing her beg for the shoes, she was able to finally wear me down. So like a sucker for a cute smile I spent the $. I have not been disappointed yet (Esp: The first day!). She wears them all the time!!!!!! Get them for the woman in your life!

Love them to pieces - I love these boots. Anyone who thinks they are UGG-ly hasn't tried them on. I prefer to wear with socks because it rubs the back of my heel. Recommend buying the protective spray - they will protect your investment well if you spray them often. These are less "floppy" than the Classic Uggs (best word I can think to describe it). I tried on tons of pairs, but these are a bit narrower than other Uggs and are perfectly snug on the foot (in a good way!). If only they had arch support. I've had them a year and they look as good as new.

Great boots! These boots are absolutely wonderful! They are very comfortable and look great. I like the option to either roll the top down like the picture shows or keep them unrolled (I prefer them unrolled). I'm actually looking forward to colder weather so that I can finally wear them. They fit perfectly and are an excellent buy. Well worth the money!

I knew to size down for a proper fit having purchased several over the years. These are replacements for my much used heavier soled Uggs. I live at the beach and regular soled Uggs aren't practical. The width of the boot shafts are a bit loose on me, Although my calves are toned. The gray is a nice color. Noticeably not the same quality as my very 1st Uggs from 25 years ago that were made in Australia at that time.
