They are comfortable and very warm. I didn't even need socks with these boots!! I received a lot of compliments and can't wait to buy another pair. Maybe darker so that I won't have to clean them too often.

These boots are amazing! They are incredibly warm and comfortable. I haven’t taken them off since I bought them. Not great traction on ice, but otherwise a wonderful winter boot-especially this year with all the snow!

I love these boots! i especially love the rubber sole bottoms. These are my 4th pair of uggs and honestly they are worth the price. I just have to say Zappos is the BEST online shoe place to order from. I placed my order Wednesday and they sent me an e-mail a few hours later saying I able to be upgraded to priority shipping and I got my boots on Thursday! I was shocked to see the box sitting on my door step. Will be a customer for life!

These boots are beautiful. I go to school in NYC so I needed a pair of extra warm boots and these are perfect. I ordered them on a Saturday afternoon and opted for the free ground shipping and i recieved them on monday morning. Zappos is efficient and puts their customer first.

I will begin by mentioning the JOY of shopping with Zappos Co. These folks are simply the best company to do business with in America. I do not say this lightly. They trailblazed with their service, and now other companies are copying how they do business. Nothing could be easier than shopping with them. Shoes or products not right--ship back free; fast delivery, fast refund, customer always right. For this reason I spend an insane amount of money with them each year. Now to the Uggs: This style has better arch and sole support than other styles--they do run .5 to 1 size large, so order down. Beautiful boot, incredibly warm. I do with Ugg offered half sizes, as I'm a 9.5, and the 9 is too big for me. However, I wear with thick sock, and problem solved.

I bought this boot right before Christmas, I love it. It is so comfortable, it keeps my feet very warm and very stylish. It is pricey, but the quality is great. I highly recommend this boot.

These are my first pair of Uggs and I love these boots! They are really cute with jeans or a woolly skirt. They are comfortable and very warm. I was concerned that the arch support would not be sufficient, but was pleasantly surprised to find them to be supportive.

I received my Sunburst Tall Ugg boots for x-mas, from my husband. You know how men are; they wait until the last minute to get their shopping done. He ordered the boots, and it was only 2 days and they were here. The service was fantastic, from the ordering through the delivery. Zappos is the way to go. Although I have approximately 6 pair of Uggs, this pair is by far my favorite! Not only are they warm but fashionable (of course I have the mitts that match). Most importantly, I trudge through the snow in these (I live in Chicago)! My husband calls these "my hummers"!

These are excellent boots. My second pair of Ugg boots. I got these for Christmas. As with most Ugg boots, they are extremely comfortable. Be careful, they run one size too big. So order a size down. They are excellent, warm, comfy, and cute with some skinny jeans or spandex. Buy them it, they're worth it! Enjoy!

I bought these cute boots as a birthday present to me. I normally I wear a size 7 1/2 in shoes and ordered a size 7, as my left foot is slightly larger than the right. These boots were slightly large when wearing without socks. It felt more comfortable with a heavier sock. They are nice, warm, and cushy feeling. There is plenty of room to tuck jeans down into. I would highly recommend. Thanks Zappos!

These aren't the prettiest boots I've ever seen, but man are they comfortable! I just wanted something to walk around the house in and keep my feet warm, because I had no intention of wearing them outside. Well, I ended up wearing them everywhere and I get a lot of compliments on them, too! I plan to buy another pair, because one just won't do. I'm a size 9, but bought an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Now if I could only find a matching hat!

Simply the best. I must start by saying that Zappos is the best company ever. I ordered this boot on a Tuesday morning around 9:30 CST and paid for the 2 day shipping. A few hours later I received an email from Zappos informing me that they'd taken the liberty to upgrade my shipping to Next Day at no cost to me simply to show their appreciation. This made my day! I was so excited! I received my boots by 1 pm CST the next day. As for the boots, they are a dream! No need for socks because they are so warm and fuzzy, yet they don't sweat your feet. These boots are worth every penny. This is my first pair of Uggs and I am hooked. Ladies, do yourself a favor and treat yourself! You won't be disappointed! Love you Zappos!

I LOVE MY BOOTS! These boots are beautiful! I didn't want the "typical" Uggs but wanted something with more flair - these are unique and funky! The first day I wore them I received two compliments! I wear a size 8 1/2 and I ordered a size 8 which fits perfect! I can't believe how comfy these boots are and they keep my feet so warm in the cold Wisconsin winter! You can't go wrong with these boots! I am so glad I bought them (this is from someone who said she would never get a pair because they were too trendy)! Don't hesitate - just buy them!!!!!

Warmest Most Comfortable Boots Ever - I bought these boots because I was going to have to be outside in line in Washington D.C. for hours in January and they totally lived up to all the hype. My feet were unbelievably warm with just a pair of knees highs for socks. The boots have great arch support and are very comfortable. They are a bit wide, but that may just be a function of the Uggs design. The boots feel a little larger than marked but it may be that Uggs expects you to wear thick socks with the boots, which would be crazy because then your feet would probably catch on fire because they would be so warm. In sum, buy these boots if you need to keep your feet warm and toasty.

Sizing has changed on Uggs - I have several pairs of Uggs boots, but have bought 3 pair this year and found out the sizing has changed. I wear a size 9 in a tennis shoe and 8-8 1/2 in a normal shoe and usually Uggs were purchased a size smaller, but all of my recent purchases had to made a size larger, size 9, so now sizing is accurate.

Great Boot - I have had Ugg boots in the past and I was not disappointed with these boots. I have wide feet and these boots fit fine. They are the warmest boots and very comfy.

Lucky in Louisville - 15th pair of Uggs. Look great with skinny jeans. Bought these to replace my 5 year old classic chestnut Uggs. Have worn them every day since I took them out of the box. Everybody thought I was a little strange when I bought my first pair but now my parents, husband and all three children wear them, even my 11 year old son.

ZAPPOS IS THE BEST EVER - These shoes are soo comfortable, and very cute. They are great for someone who lives were it snows, because of the bottom and the snow shoe tracks. I get major compliments, also not a lot of people have these so that was a plus for me!!! Zappos was a wonderful service; they upgraded my shipping with no cost to me at all. I will always order my shoes from Zappos!!
