These are so good, I just wish they were a little longer, but I realize they do this length so they'll fit in all shoes. They give such good support to anyone who has plantar issues.

I love the Birkenstock Blue Footbed Arch Support. Previous to buying these (I bought two pair), I used an expensive orthotic insert made by my podiatrist. I have flat feet, and haven't found a need to go back to my old orthotics.

Wonderful arch supports that will fit in any shoe, and are thin enough that removal of most foot bed liners is not required. They are made strong and provide excellent orthotic support. I have a pair of custom made orthotics, cost $500, and these are just as good!

I am responding to the anonymous wearer that said the arch hit the wrong spot, hurting the feet. I too had this problem. It turns out that I was wrongly sized, and having struggled with the sandals..I sized up one. Magic; the arch and metatarsal hit the right spots and the Bostons and Arizonas are all day comfortable. I'm here to get the insoles. (BTW: width matters, or Birks can be sloshy. I'm a narrow.)
I'd also recommend:
Clark Treks, Desert boots and Bushacre 2s. Addidas Superstars. Frye boots.

These are great. If you love Birks, based off the need of their arch and design for the foot…these go well in any of your casual/sport/dress shoes for that support. I spent 3x the cost of these on custom inserts molded for me, which work, and are nice. but the I find myself going to the Birk inserts more often. They are incredible!
