This product provides by far the best arch support. My husband has flat feet and I have tried many many different shoes and products for him, but nothing worked as well as these.

The footbed was an almost instant relief to my plantar fasciitis. I now move it from my walking shoes to my work shoes every day! Time to buy another pair. I ordered the inserts on a Thursday evening, and I received them on Friday afternoon at my office. Thanks Zappos for the great shipping.

Highly recommended. I have plantar fasciitis and it\'s painful for me to walk without additional support. Although these inserts are pricey, they really work! I appreciate being able to order them in a narrow width also. It\'s wonderful to be able to walk without limping and totally pain free. Thank you Zappos for making these available!

Yes! These are so wonderful and so worth the money. I can now wear my flats with superior arch support and they even disappear when wearing ballet flats; amazing! I have falling arches & am recovering from 5 months + of tendinitis in both ankles and knees and these are truly a God-send. I will buy more pairs.

Best thing ever to happen to insoles. Our family has used them for several years (3rd pr. in use ) and would reorder when necessary. Zappos is the best place to satisy our needs.

These are better than my more expensive prescrip orthotics! I have a neuroma in each foot and these footbed arches let me walk and hike for hours without pain during and after! The silk lining/covering makes it easy to slide into my shoes and absorbs moisture really well and stays cool (for the most part). Get these! Birkenstock knows feet!

The Birk blue footbed have been the only thing that helped with my plantar fasciitis. My physical therapist suggested them.

I wear these arch supports every day. I have two pair and use them in almost all my shoes, except they will slide out of a flip flop. The only thing I do not like about them, is that the blue color should really be more of a tan color to blend in with your skin and most shoes. They do support my high arch and bring relief to my foot.I suffer with plantar fasciitis, and these do help. They are better than the ones that I bought from the pharmacy.

I read reviews that said instead of orthotics, these were used and were worth the investment, especially compared with custom-made ones. I have plantar fasciitis and these inside white Ked-like sneakers meant I get to wear cute kicks rather than clunky clogs in the warmer months. They don't last me a 15 hour day like Haflingers do but they do serve me with comfort most of the day. I am glad for this purchase. I also bought the Birk slimmer soles for heeled shoes but haven't tried them yet.

These are great insoles! They turn the ordinary shoe into the comfort of a Birkenstock. You may need to begin with a shoe which is a bit wide though...

My husband and I both have plantar fasciitis and each of us has a pair of these supports. Although expensive, they do help a lot by giving excellent arch support. They take a little getting used to, but they really help alleviate heel pain.

This is an excellent product. However if you wear a half size order the next larger size. I wear a 6½ woman's and ordered a 37 which was too small. A 38 was perfect.

What can one say about a foot bed? Stylish? Comfort? Color? Nah. Does it work? Yes! I have a long, narrow, flat foot, and have used these Birkenstock foot beds for years. They fit well in my dress shoes when used alone or in my casual shoes when put under the OEM insoles. They do not, however, provide ‘shock’ absorption and no underfoot padding, so I used them in those shoes where there is room to put these underneath the existing insole (hiking boots are a good example), or in high end dress shoes with no removable insole. They wear well and I've had several pairs for years and years. The nice thing is Zappos carries them in widths - a very good thing for someone with a narrow foot like mine.

Works, but order a size smaller than you'd expect - I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Birkenstocks (sandals, clogs, etc.) are one of the few brands I can wear without the need for orthotic devices. I was thrilled to see that birkenstock made an orthotic as well. They aren't as comfortable as I would like, but I think it's because they are too large. Next time I will order the size below what my measurments recommend.

I love my birkenstock shoes and the arch support so thought these would help with the flats that have such little support. They do help a bit but because they are not full length I am aware of where the footbed ends and find it a bit annoying. It also has a tendency to slide forward. They are better than any other footbed I have used.

The quality construction and material I expect from Birkenstock is here, but this is not at all like the contour of the sandals we all know and love. There is no arch support, this is basically just a "tub" for your foot.

Excellent support when walking in my sneakers. I used to wear doctor prescribed orthotics, but these have been my choice of arch support for the last few years!

I was surprised to find these, I haven't been shoe shopping in years! I mostly wear Birkenstocks and this Footbed arch support is great. I have very high arches and very few shoes. I've been able to pull our a few pair that have been sitting in the back of my closet and wear them.

Cleared my plantar fasciitis in a week! Other softer, more comfortable brands of insoles only brought temporary relief. This rigid insole isn't very comfortable in the beginning, but you get used to it over time. It's constantly stretching the foot in a proper way that allows the healing to happen quicker. I can't wear these forever, but they are a game changer if you suffer from plantar fasciitis.

I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 size shoe. However, with these arch supports I wear a 40 regular width after having been fitted at a shop. I've worn these for years due to plantar fasciitis. I have several pairs so I don't have to keep switching in and out of shoes. They've kept me walking and hiking for a long time. When the fit is possible, I like to place a thin insole on top to soften just a bit.

I have used these arch supports for about one year. They are sturdy and keep their shape. They provide good arch support. I can wear my sneakers and walk around for several hours without experiencing arch or ankle pain. They fit in many different types of shoes. The only downside is that they feel a bit narrow when you first get them and they take a few weeks to break in, just like regular Birks. I recommend them.
