Didn’t work for my husband - They LOOK great, but the boot was FLAT in feel, with no arch support. My husband could not walk in this for any long period of time. It felt slightly narrower than a normal width.

Well it's Sept 2015 and I still pull on my Frye Ropers I bought in 2008. I have a new pair but the originals held up so well - and they have that broke in look and feel. Zappos shipped em free, had em in a couple days. Best boots I've owned.

These boots are fantastic. Like with other pull-on boots I've owned, I was initially worried that they might not be snug enough. Breaking in took a little while, which is not surprising given the solid construction of the boots. After about 3 weeks, though, they fit great. I walk a lot, so I'll probably still get some cushioned boot insoles. The last pair of Frye pull-on boots I bought lasted for 8 years (with several heel transplants). These are quality boots.

This is a great all around boot. It dresses up or down as you need and the really dark "earth" color is just right. This is my second pair though. Had a little leather problem with the initial order as one boot had a rolled spot where the leather should have been flat. The Zappos service staff handled the situation so professionally I actually had a new pair the next day under their even exchange program. This is a great company to shop with. From management to warehouse and shipping this is a total team effort. You'll never be sorry to shop here. A product may disappoint but the service never will.

Comfortable, easy to get on and off because the uppers are soft, good traction soles, nice understated style. Many compliments! I'll never be without these great boots. Great service from Zappos!
