I tried my size and a size larger. Love the shoe but I didn't like the back of the shoe hit my heel.

Following a few other reviews, I ordered a half size bigger with this shoe and that was a perfect fit. The comfort and simplicity of these shoes is outstanding. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to everyone. One tip I've learned, if you're shoe playing in and out, make sure the top of your foot collar goes back on correctly so you do not get irritation on the top of your foot.

This was my first New Balance purchase ever. I normally wear regular width shoes, but New Balance is apparently very different. After returning twice, I am finally going with the super wide version. I also own a Merrell clog which I love. it's really nice to get shoes on & off so easy. these don't seem well ventilated but they make a fine casual summer shoe for people who don't like lacing up shoes.

I enjoy a pair of sturdy supportive shoes I can slip in and out of. These have received a lot of use and come out of the washing machine looking great.

Previously 7 4E has been a perfect fit in New Balance but this shoe is tight but wearable. I am hoping it stretches with use. Otherwise, it provides plenty of cushion and comfort.

Cushy and comfortable walking around the office. The 8.5 2E was too narrow and long, but an 8 4E worked fine.

I like these, although, they're made in China. I normally wear shoes without socks since I live in Florida. I, also, use these for travel to Ohio during their warm seasons. I used to buy a D width (no choice) and, eventually, had to have bunion surgery. Not good! Now, thanks to New Balance, I can get a 2E and a 4E width. I haven't tried the 6E. If you're comfortable with a D width these should be true to size, but only without thick socks! Since these are slip-ons I went with the 2E width versus 4E and they are fine, although, a little snug with regular white socks but that could be me since the heat down here tends to swell one's feet. Also, with slip-ons, like these, I will wear a size 7 which fits perfectly with heal positioning, but with a running shoe I'll wear size 8 or 81/2 in 4E width.

Easy on, easy off -
Very comfortable clog-style athletic shoe with good support. Great for traveling due to ease of getting on and off. Borderline ugly but if form follows function, it's beautiful.

Stretchy vamp –
Insoles could be thicker and stretch material less so. Quality is excellent. I have had to glue the soles in.

Does the job -
Trying to prevent tracking outside dirt and grit into the house, I wanted a shoe that was easy to slip on and off for quick trips to the mailbox, etc. These do the trick and they're comfortable enough to wear for longer periods of time, too.

Nice shoe -
Shoe is for Dad who had a stroke, easy to get off and on and sturdy enough to support his feet. Good choice for elderly.

I bought these shoes for my husband to replace an old pair of Nikes. I know New Balance runs small, so I bought them a size and a half larger than what he normally wears. He finds them very comfortable and supportive.

Tennis shoe clog -
I got the shoe and put my foot in, or tried. I then thought, maybe I should have ordered a size longer (size 14) and a wider width (6E). But through putting them on my feet at every occasion to wear them, I am gradually stretching them out. I think by this time in a few months I am going to have a real comfortable pair of clogs.

VERY COMFORTABLE -
Found these to be very comfortable and lite weight. There was no "break-in" period. I also bought the shoe in grey...perhaps a tad
high in the price.

Good shoe, excellent price.
Good shoe, actually wide (doesn't just say that) - fits over a soft cast easily. Price was acceptable.

Comfortable and convenient after a hard day at work -
I love my new slides. I wear them all the time. After wearing my steel toes at work all day, these are a welcome comfort to my tired dogs.

I was surprised that the men's 2E fit more like a men's AA narrow. I have New Balance shoes in Women's 2E that are perfectly wide enough. The equivalent men's size 2E I couldn't even get my foot in!

These just didn't work for me. I usually wear Nike's or Saucony shoes. I wanted to like a pair of New Balance and I needed some sporty clogs. However, they rubbed really bad on the outside of my left foot. The right shoe/foot was very comfy. I'm not sure if this is a defect in workmanship or not. I'm going to try the pair that's made in the U.S. (newer model) and see if they work. However Zappos, as always, is awesome!

I am not sure if I like them or not. It is the first time that I have ordered a size 9 and that was too big. I will return them for an 8½ and see if they fit better. The three stars are because I have not had a chance to try them yet. I will update after the replacements arrive.

Size was correct but compared to other NB shoes this runs a bit on the narrow side. I ordered the 2E width and this does not compare wwll with other NB shoes. Construction and look were fine but fit matters when it comes to shoes.

They look great, but it takes a little bit of time to get used to the fit.

OK for around the house -
Good concept. Would look 100% better if the "ugly N" was not on the side.
I should have one size smaller (my size was not available).
I have olive color. Would look better in solid black, without the white on the sole.

Almost 2 years ago I bought two of the gray NB M801 clogs, in 9 4E for my very wide flat feet. After the pain that I had been experiencing in other sneakers, these clogs were like heaven. I ordered a couple more in black, and used a razor to remove the horrible large reflective N on the shoes, so that they would be more suitable for work. (Yes, New Balance, why can't you make these in all black, including the soles, so that they are less hideous?) Oddly, both sets of black clogs -- in exactly the same size -- were uncomfortable. I kept getting a pinched nerve in one foot, and it took forever to break them in until they were comfortable. And they seem to have some sort of weird sole design that makes me feel like I'm balancing on my toes, or am rocking from side to side when I walk. It makes it very difficult to walk without looking like I'm drunk, and constantly clutching things for support. Also, almost as soon as the black shoes finally got more comfortable (although still hard to balance), uneven wear in the left sole led to my left foot slipping to one side on every step as I walked, which is very uncomfortable and difficult. So I recently ordered more of the grey clogs, thinking that something must be different about the way they are made. But New Balance must have changed something because, even though I am still ordering 4E, the shoes are so tight that I can barely get my feet into them, and have only been able to wear them for five minutes at a time, to see if they will get more comfy before I give in and send them back. I am still wearing the old grey ones that I bought 2 years ago, and although the wear in them is making my left foot slip to the side, and they become uncomfortable after a while, they are still more comfortable than the new ones. I'm pretty sure that, two years ago, I gave these shoes a glowing review because they deserved it. But I have tried four pairs since the original two, and two of them I've kept because I was desperate, one I sent right back, and I think the latest one will be returned too. Wish I had bought ten pairs back when they felt good! Has anyone else experienced this?
