Great shoes! I have bad kness and they put the spring back in my step. The past versions seemed to have some issues with glues and their comfort insert, but the latest version (I have had 3 pairs) seems to be holding up just fine. Shoe is also very light which is a plus.

Back of shoe rubs the heel/ankle a little at first, but only for the first few days of wear. Also, the gel insole took a few days to get used to. Now they are comfortable and look nice. No problems.

Great shoe, fits true to size and is extremely comfortable. They have a clean look and can be worn with jeans or dress pants. Great buy!

My husband loved the shoes! We had to exchange them once to get the right size, but the exchange was so easy and so fast. We actually bought a second pair in another color because he was so happy with them. Zappos made online shopping as easy as going to the mall - and probably faster!

I am getting ready to buy my 4th pair. These shoes fit great have a good look and great price. There is nothing I can say that I don't like about them. I will say that I am some what flat footed and they feel great to me, not sure if someone with a high arch will have the same result, just a thought.

Good solid shoe. After a few weeks I can say this shoe has no real drawbacks. Nothing with a heel is going to be overly comfortable but this is pretty good for an everyday dress shoe.

Bought these for a wedding for the groom. He ordered his usual size, but they were too big when we received them. Exchanged for a half a size smaller and they were perfect.

The Dockers Perspectives are great looking, great fitting and super comfortable. They go well with office attire or jeans. The wife loves them as well. I have a pair in brown and a pair in black. Get them, you won't be sorry.

I found the Dockers Perspective to be very comfortable right out of the box. The size seems to be right on and I especially like the two stretch slits which make them easier to get into. They look great and I hope to take them dancing soon.

These shoes look and feel great. True to the other reviews I've seen, they run about half a size smaller compared to my other Docker's shoes.

One of most comfortable pair of shoes I have purchased. The shoes look great and feel really comfortable right out of the box. You really don't have to spend crazy amount of money on the higher priced name brand for same quality. I need to dress business causal for work and this shoe complements any style.

Very Nice - I have worn my Dockers about 5 times. They have been very comfortable, until the last time. The last time I got blisters on both of my heels. However, I think it might have been the socks I was wearing. I am very pleased with the styling, the look and the price. Thanks Zappos.

This is an excellent shoe for the money and made with a quality leather upper. The insole offers plenty of support, and I had no issues with breaking the shoes in. They felt comfortably out of the box. The shoe is sturdy and has some girth, so don't expect the lightness of a Rockport. These shoes are made to hit the pavement not the red carpet. The toe is squarer than it appears in the picture, so don't expect a cap or split toe look. Having said that, they look great with a suit or jeans. In fact, I am on the train wearing them with a blue pin stripe suit as I write this review.

This shoe I purchased after reading many reviews on many different shoes. I like the comfort and the rubber soles, and the fact that they came in wide size, they were not as shiny as pictured and also run big. My dog chewed my shoes up 4 weeks later so now I'm ordering the exact same ones again.

My 16-year old said these felt like boats, and he didn't like the extra cushioning in the heel. His feet run narrow, though.
