Great business or casual shoe. Looks great with jeans or a suit. It's my second pair and get compliments all the time. The leather is soft so care is important. Has a great sole for grip and it's easier to get them on with a shoe horn.

My husband loves these dress shoes! These are his second pair. He says they are so comfortable that it's like wearing slippers.

My husband has these shoes in espresso, black, and dark brown suede. The smooth leathers, especially, are great for traveling because they are so versatile. He wears the black ones with everything from jeans to his tux. Four stars for comfort because he wishes they were a bit wider, but he is accustomed to boxy styles.

These are the best dress shoes I have ever owned, and I have owned many. I am very picky about style and these shoes look great and are very stylish. Go really well with today's slim cut suits and slacks. Very soft leather and very comfortable. Probably won't last forever due to the leather softness, but one of the best looking dress shoes out there.

These shoes are the most beautiful dress shoes I've ever seen for under $1,000. Simply instant classics. They wear like slippers and would do James Bond proud.

The most comfortable shoes I own. The only ones I wear to work because they are extremely comfortable to wear all day. They are comfortable right out of the box. I also wear them with jeans. I always keep a spare pair. I hope Zappos never stops selling them. Zappos' service is outstanding!

Love the shoe, but after only wearing to a few special occasions I noticed the leather is coming apart from the sole by the ball of my big toe. Have contacted company in hopes of a positive solution. I own a brown and black pair of the Rex Nappa Leather shoes and have gotten very positive comments on them, and think at this price they are not a bad price. They are a sharp pair of shoes worthy of each compliment. However, this issue regarding the leather coming apart from the sole is concerning.

This are spiffy shoes! This is the second pair my husband has owned, and he just loves them. I love looking at them. They are comfortable and sleek. You can't go wrong with these shoes when you need to wear a suit!

these shoes are very well made and look great - but i must return them. the inside of the shoe is very slippery and my foot moves all over making them quite uncomfortable

This shoe is extremely shallow. It is certainly the quality of Pliner but has a different feel.

Best looking dress shoe I have ever owned and the most comfortable. Problem with this shoe is the poor quality, after two uses the shoe started detaching from the sole. Not what you expect froma $275.00 shoe. Still love Pliners.

received my 1st pair of Donald Pliner shoes! they fit like a very expensive pair of high quality made to measure gloves. having several pairs of another brand (ae) which are great, i will include DP in my closest in the future.

This style has changed from what it was in the past. It now has really long toe box that is VERY squared off. Trendy and not workable in most corporate environments. Didn’t really bother about fit because it’s not workable.

I have ordered this same shoe and same size before....this pair is very tight....does not feel like a size 9.5. Would like to try another pair, size 9.5 for an exchange.

The pair I got looked like they were stored in the attic for 5 years. The leather was peeling on the tongue and the heel of both shoes. The only good thing about this order was the prompt shipping. I wary at the start about ordering shoes online (I wear a size 15) and this just reinforces it.
