These are the most comfortable shoes. They are not the most attractive I could get, but they feel great on my feet. I had foot surgery and these are the only pair that does not hurt my foot!

In my longstanding quest to find a pair of black walking shoes that stay on my feet, I thought this might be the one. However, even a narrow width is too wide. Every time I took a step, my heels came entirely out of the shoe. Otherwise, it was a great fit.

I like my shoes and really like the ease of loosening and tightening the laces when getting in or out of them.

I have very wide feet and these shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable. For me these are for walking on slightly rough terrain (walk in the woods, light hiking). I prefer Easy Spirit leather sneakers -(ESAP1) for city walking because they are more flexible and allow more heel toe action. Many walking shoes have a very high back over the heel and these do not which adds to the comfort for me. I can certainly recommend these shoes, especially if you like more support than a lighter sneaker.

I am surprised but very happy that Hush Puppies are so supportive. I have problems with pronation, and need shoes that keep my feet in the correct position and do not press on my bunion. I also need comfortable shoes that do not look like sneakers, and these fill the bill. I immediately ordered another pair.

I got these for work and I love them! They are very comfortable and the arch support is very good. If I don't wear a good shoe with good support, I will have cramps in my feet. I haven't had any cramps!

Excellent fit! This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am diabetic, so foot care is a primary concern. I love these shoes!

very pleased with shoes - The shoes are very comfortable. I always have several of this shoe in my closet in different colors and am always please with them.

Comfortable shoes - I have probably had at least 10 pairs of the Classic Walker and really feel they are the best shoes for me. When the stores used to carry them, I could get them easily but was so happy to know Zappo's could still get them for me. I only wish they came in a navy color.

Great Shoe - This was the first time I ordered from Zappos and the first time I ever wore a Hush Puppie shoe and I AM SO very pleased I do not think I will wear another kind of walking shoe. I was working 10 hour days and on my feet the whole time and I did not have any pain in my feet, legs or hips.

MY FAVORITE WALKING SHOE! These are absolutely the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever owned.They have wonderful arch support and no uncomfortable seams at the toes that, in some shoe brands,cause rubbing discomfort when distance walking. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a great fitting and great feeling walking shoe.

Great shoe - I needed a pair of black walking shoes, and these are perfect. I love the fact that they came in narrow. The size was great as well, and I wore them all day at work, without any trouble.

So comfortable - Because of a problem with one of my feet, I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes. These are true to width and length and are so comfortable. I would recommend them highly.

I LOVE these shoes! These have turned into my favorite shoes! From the first day I put them on, they felt like a pair of slippers with support! I used to have trouble with my hip while walking, but no more while wearing these shoes. I am definitely going to order another pair or 2 just in case the style is discontinued.

mM favorite shoes - I recently ordered these shoes and they are the most comfortable pair I own. They are true to size and I wear them to work every day. I stand a lot at work. In my opinion they are more comfortable than another well known name pair I own, I own a lot of shoes but these are the only pair I wear because they're so comfortable.

I originaly bought this for myself, but I end up giving it to my mother-in-law. She normaly has a hard time to find comfortable shoes to fit her perfectly. The BEST on-line shopping experience ever ! I never respond to requests for reviews, but in this case it's so well-deserved that I had to. I purchased these shoes as a last-minute gift for my Mom for Christmas. The website was easy to use, they have every imaginable style in Narrow, which is hard to find, the shipping was free and I had the shoes in 2 days! Unfortunately, the shoes were too small, but Zappos let me print out a return label that covered postage, so I didn't even have to go to the post office.
