I am stunned! I bought this due to its WW-EE width claim. When it arrived, I could barely fit my (truly) EE foot. I believe had it fit this shoe would be comfortable. I also think the style is not half bad for supposedly extra wide shoes. For some reason, designers think that if you have really wide feet, you must be fat, old and ugly. Maybe I am. Maybe not. I still like pretty. Don't get these if you have a truly wide foot. Your foot will hate you.

I just received these. The shoes seem well built, not stylish (like all extra wide shoes) and way toi narrow. I take an E or WW+ and these are their widest shoe. My toes were squished in these. Up against my other shoes, it appears no wider than a C width. I am very disappointed.

I tried out this shoe, the classic walker, and also the power walker. This shoe narrowed out right where my bunion starts. Because of the narrowing toe, I would not recommend this shoe for someone with wide feet and a bunion. However, the Power Walker has a more square toe, and fit me much better. I am keeping the Power Walker. They also are nicely made.

These are great all day walking shoes, and super comfortable. They run true to size and width. However, it's been three weeks and there is already a gigantic hole in the shoe's heel. If these lasted a little longer, I would be a loyal customer.

I love this shoe. It's the only one that I can wear. I was disappointed that you only had one pair in stock. I have a hard time finding these and hope Hush Puppy never quits making them.

I have a narrow foot -- especially a narrow heel. This shoe in narrow was quite narrow in 9N especially in the toe sides -- across the broad portion of your foot, and I don't have much problem with bunions or anything.

I wanted non-sneakers for a European vacation, so I ordered these. They are comfortable and provide great structure and support. Don't seem to need a break-in period, but I am giving them one. As always, though, I wish comfortable shoes had more style or that stylish shoes had more comfort. But these will be better than my Easy Spirit shoes that do not have as much cushion.

These are the most comfortable shoes. They are not the most attractive I could get, but they feel great on my feet. I had foot surgery and these are the only pair that does not hurt my foot!

Loved the shoes.. length was great, the heel fit well, the style was not too clunky and definitely not 'tennis shoe-ish'. The only problem - the toe box was too narrow for my admittedly wide toes. I chose a boxier shoe instead.

Decent fit for an inexpensive shoe. Most shoes slip around at the heel on my feet. While I had to add a heel grip on one, they are not slipping and rubbing - so I am happy.

I was disappointed in these shoes so I'm sending them back. I need good sturdy black shoes for work at a grocery store and thought these might be more stable and comfortable than a regular athletic brand, but after wearing them around the house for two hours today, my feet and legs hurt. That doesn't bode well for standing all day at work.

These shoes were fine for two weeks, run a bit loose (large), but now whenever I wear them they squeak. Don't know how to get them to stop squeaking.

In my longstanding quest to find a pair of black walking shoes that stay on my feet, I thought this might be the one. However, even a narrow width is too wide. Every time I took a step, my heels came entirely out of the shoe. Otherwise, it was a great fit.

I like my shoes and really like the ease of loosening and tightening the laces when getting in or out of them.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I have severe neuropathy in my feet from diabetes and can't wear most shoes for more than a few hours. I can wear this shoe all day. It looks nice but I wish it were a little more stylish. It provides great support. I almost didn't buy it because of several mentions of odor in the reviews. But my shoe has no odor. I usually buy Easy Spirit but they were out of a black walking shoe when I placed this order. This is my first Hush Puppy shoe and I am very satisfied with the quality. And, of course, Zappos' service is excellent.

I have very bony, narrow feet; these are substantial, well made shoes built for durability. They were just too large all-around for me. I am an 8N/8S/8SSS w/ an 8SSSS heel.

I have very wide feet and these shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable. For me these are for walking on slightly rough terrain (walk in the woods, light hiking). I prefer Easy Spirit leather sneakers -(ESAP1) for city walking because they are more flexible and allow more heel toe action. Many walking shoes have a very high back over the heel and these do not which adds to the comfort for me. I can certainly recommend these shoes, especially if you like more support than a lighter sneaker.

I am surprised but very happy that Hush Puppies are so supportive. I have problems with pronation, and need shoes that keep my feet in the correct position and do not press on my bunion. I also need comfortable shoes that do not look like sneakers, and these fill the bill. I immediately ordered another pair.

I got these for work and I love them! They are very comfortable and the arch support is very good. If I don't wear a good shoe with good support, I will have cramps in my feet. I haven't had any cramps!

Not good for EE widths. I ordered a 7EE but the shoe was sized like a 7B. Very disappointed because they would have been a good shoe for work (restaurant server.) Back they go!

LOVE? HATE? I mostly love this shoe. It is totally comfortable and I can walk many miles a day with no problems. The styling is not obnoxious - it doesn't look like a tacky logo-intensive athletic shoe, or an old lady walker shoe. It is so neutral I can wear it many places without feeling sloppy. The price was good, and the shoe is much better than some of the super-expensive European "comfort" brands I have tried. But! I hate the chemical odor that clung to the shoe for weeks after I bought it, not to mention the extreme foot odor after just one wearing. What is up with that??? Is this shoe actually plastic? In desperation, I decided to put the shoes in the washing machine. I washed them several times on a gentle cycle in cold water. I let them air dry between washings, and finally the bad smell was gone. Aside from that I am happy and would buy these again. Wish they came in a few more colors.

I was trying to find a black walking shoe that would fit my problem feet without looking too orthopedic. After trying many different styles (thank you, Zappos, for your patience!) I finally found "the one." I was able to wear these shoes in comfort all day right from the start. Best of all, they look nice and trim with jeans... Not like an "old lady" shoe at all!

Very comfortable. A bit shorter in length than I thought, but it didn't bother my toes. I wore them all day at an amusement park and was very happy with the end results.

I have narrow feet and am doing part time work doing demos for stores. After trying a variety of clogs I ordered these cute leather sneaks. Really the best and retro-fun. I saw the same shoes advertised in another big name store for this expense. These are fun enough to wear with boyfriend kakhis too. I'm very happy with these hush puppies.

I ordered my regular size but found them to be a half size bigger. I am returning them. The heel seemed like it had enough padding but not in the front.
