Great bag! I am definitely a handbag connoisseur, and I wanted a great, inexpensive handbag. This bag is just like the Gucci horsebit hobo, without the hefty price tag! I definitely recommend it if you're a lover of large handbags. It's great with a casual or dressed-up look. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it. The leather quality is soft, supple, and beautiful!

Great Choice... I was also wary of buying a purse so obviously outsized due to my own height. But like other reviewers I took a chance and ended up being very pleased with my purchase. The leather is super soft, and in my opinion has a quality look, while the "hobo" cut prevents the purse from looking awkward or overwhelming. My only (small) complaint is the shoulder strap; I found it to be short and bulky to the point that it is not ideally comfortable. Other than that, if you like/need a larger bag, you can't go wrong with this one.

Happy Consumer- Buttery soft leather, softest I've ever felt! This makes the handbag very slouchy. It has a large area "floor", & it's super roomy inside. There's only one interior zip pocket- no open pockets for cell phone, iPOD, gameboy, etc. Inside's lined with a plain black canvas type material. Shoulder strap is pretty short, just barely long enough to carry over shoulder while wearing a winter coat (I tried it to make sure). Because of the short handle, you have to completely remove the bag from your shoulder in order to get anything out. There's caramel-tan color accent stitching, you can see it in the close up, but it's more pronounced in person. It's really pretty! The color is a plain black matte (not shiny). It's not a "blackest black". All in all, this handbag seems a FABULOUS buy for the price. I wanted something a little more "couture" which I've found in a similar style of DKNY glazed blackest black leather handbag (around $325). So I returned this "Lucky" purse. Look at the other reviews though; they're all fantastic for this Lucky Brand Hobo. I gave it 5 stars all the way around because it's a very simple, gorgeous, sumptuously soft, humongous carrying capacity handbag, looks like a much pricier handbag, at a great price!

Lucky Brand Slouchy Bag... At first I wasn't too sure about purchasing a purple purse but when I put it on I fell in love with it!! The handle sits so comfortably on my shoulder and fits everything without looking too bulky. I would recommend this purse for anyone who wants a purse that fits everything, is comfortable, and loves to stand out. The leather is so soft and only looks better with age.

Bags for Petites - I was nervous about purchasing a large bag over the internet being that I am 5'1"- Most large bags look awkward on a shorter person- after reading other reviews, I decided to give it a try- LOVE the bag- Zappos describes it perfectly-

Wonderful Bag - Absolutely wonderful bag! Looks great and holds enough to get me through the whole day without being too large. The bag sits very comfortably on my shoulder and under my arm and I get compliments every time I wear it.

Lucky Brand Medium Leather Slouch w/Whip Stitch Handle - I could LIVE in this purse! Ultra buttery-soft quality leather and attention to detail really make this one a must have. The comfortable whip stitched handle and "O" rings make it just funky enough but not too trendy, and there's that perfect amount of slouch. An interior zippered pocket keeps things organized and the magnetic closure makes things easily accesible when you need them or closed up discreetly when you don't. Not at all bulky or cumbersome and suprisingly lightweight. The shorter handle is perfect...keeps the bag close to your body instead of bouncing off your side (especially if you're petite sized). I want one in every color...whoever designed this bag knows what a girl likes! :D

LOVE IT! I was looking for this handbag for a while and I finally found it on Zappos.com and I LOVE IT!

Great quality for the $$ I own this bag in green and I absolutely love the color. The color has a nice pop to it but not blindingly bright. The other reviewer is right about this bag being just right for petites since the handle is much shorter than other hobo bags. Despite the short handle, it's still very comforatable to carry. The leather is so soft and it looks more expensive than the actual price. My coworker asked me "so, did you pay around $300 something for that bag?" I said "Oh no..you wouldn't believe it if I told you.."

This is an amazing bag. I own way too many purses but this is my absolute favorite! It's made very well and actually stays put on my shoulder. It has a ton of room to put anything you can think of inside, but doesn't take up a lot of room when there's not a lot in it. I have nothing negative to say about this purse!

Perfect!! Just what I wanted!! It's like someone custom made this bag for me. This bag is everything I love all rolled into one. So thankful for the e-mail telling me it was back in stock. Couldn't place my order fast enough. The color is plum but in some light it looks brown which is fine with me. Excellent quality leather too. Very pleased with my Zappos purchase.

This is a great bag. Large enough to carry almost anything, but the drop is not so large that the bag is unwieldy. Very stylish without being too trendy so I can carry this for a couple of years. The bag is very well made and will age well.

Great Gift- I bought this as a birthday gift for my mom. It's a great bag for any style and great quality. Only issue is the handle. It's a little too short but still works out perfectly. Highly recommended!

This bag fits perfectly under my arm. Looks great with a pair of jeans... and I love the magnetic closure at the opening. Keeps everything inside, but very accessible. The leather is a nice quality also. I highly recommend this bag, it's awesome!

GREAT RUGGED LEATHER HANDBAG - Loved it loved it!!! I've been looking for a rugged leather big handbag for a while now and its been a challenge for me because I am so PETITE and like everything in proportion to my body. Petite ladies out there can relate...This bag is it!!! I finally found a big handbag for little me! I just throw everything in and I'm ready to go! Just one itsy bitsy teeny weeny complaint...well,they said to be HONEST...so here goes! The handle... it would be ULTIMATELY PERFECT if it was a tad shorter! But, what the heck! I still LOVE it! Love this bag! I love this bag...I got the plum color and my girlfriend got the brown...and everywhere we go we're asked where we got them. The quality of the leather, and the stiching are well worth the $$.

I saw someone else with this item and admired it, so purchased it myself. The bag is a little top heavy but comfortable on the shoulder. How does Zappos do it? Their delivery is fantastic.

I bought this bag back in 2006 and I love it! Zappos always has great service! However, with normal daily use the inside liner of this bag started shredding and ripping away from the stitching. I took it in to be repaired at a shoe repair place to have a new liner put in but they couldn't do it because of the rivets. It's one of my favorite bags by Lucky, I own 4. I have since bought the brown sugar hobo by Lucky, and I love it! But I would still love to get my slouchy hobo fixed. They probably need a thicker material for liners in their bigger bags.
