Rose's Slippers -
Rose is my mother and I ordered the slippers for her. She loves them and has been using them for years now. The heel is just perfect. She actually wears the sole out before the upper part even looks worn. She has been wearing them inside the house only and not outside. I would like to see a little different sole, maybe a non skid type of sole. She would probably use the next narrowest slipper if you made one a little more narrow than the one she orders.

Love the shoe, but also agree that the inside lining has been changed. Now the inside wears out and begins to disintergrate over time.

Great slipper -
I, like James, think this slipper is great. Fits like a glove. This slipper is a shoe that men and women would enjoy wearing. I'm happy that more men are enjoying this slipper and the Dormie. I can't wait to go home everyday to put on my Glamour 2, like walking on air. They make your feet feel and look good. Every man and woman should have one pair. Also, I think they should come in the color of navy blue. This is great slipper. I love my two pair and will get another if they come out with a dark color.

Who knew they came in wide?
As a person with bunions on both feet, I wore out my medium width Daniel Green slippers. How nice to see they were made in wide! Maybe there should be a special category: bunion friendly. These slippers get high marks all around.

The old ones were better -
My mother loved your slippers, and will not wear any other brand...until I recently bought her a new pair. We were upset that the leather is not of the same quality as the previous pairs. This leather is not as soft and is very stiff. The soles also appear to have changed, too. I hope you will return to the same soft, comfortable leather.

Saddened then gladdened.
I love the Glamour II Slipper tremendously. I've been a fan of them for as long as you've been making them. You can imagine my great disappointment when the shoe salesman at the King of Prussis Nordstrom told me that Daniel Green went out of business. I then went to the internet and, much to my pleasant surprise, I found you. Thank God you didn't go out of business! Someone should tell that salesperson to get his story straight.

Loved the old model.
I've been wearing Daniel Green Glamour slippers for years and loving them. I've always said they make my feet smile. A couple of years ago I noticed a difference. The inner sole was a synthetic leather and not the sock/fabric inner sole I was used to. This made quite a difference in comfort, especially in Florida. Is there any way I can purchase several pairs in any color, size 8 1/2 with the fabric inner sole?
Please make my feet happy again.

Excellent.
My mom who turned 88 yrs old this past friday 5/31/02, swears by this slipper. I have shopped with in her in the local stores and the malls in the surrounding area and could not find this slipper for 2 years. My daughter who always searches the internet emailed me her grandma's slipper just a couple of months ago. Mom said hooray, I knew we could find this slipper, it’s the best slipper she has ever had. I will order it in black for the winter but right now she is enjoying the beige one. Is there any other slipper?
I grew up with this brand in my home. My mother wore them and I have always, too. They're so comfortable and attractive! J.C. Pennys in my home town stopped carrying them. Thank God for the Internet!

I have worn Daniel Greens for more than twenty
years. They have the all-around comfort that I

Love these slippers, as I have always loved Daniel Green slippers. These are elegant and I like the slightly higher heel. They fit well, and I don't feel as if I am about to throw a shoe as I do in some other slides/mules. The only detraction is that there is an odor, I assume from the leather, which is sort of goaty. I am hoping this will fade as they are worn. Otherwise, thumbs up!

Good quality house shoe -
This is a comfortable house shoe, but has to be worn always with socks. The lether sticks to the skin when barefoot. Good quality and workmanship.

Elegant and feminine -
My husband bought this slipper for me, and although I had always thought Daniel greens were for 'older' women (I'm 40), I was surprised how nice they look on my foot. I can even wear them with my 'fancy' loungewear. Very comfortable, though the tricot lining sometimes makes my feet sweat--a full leather insole would be better. I've always worn ballet-style slippers, but these are so easy to slide into. I can even wear them out to get the mail or groceries, they look so nice.

Good looking slippers -
For years I purchased a wonderful "knock off" of this D.G. slipper for 1/4th of the price and extremely comfortable and long lasting. Alas the shoe was no longer available at the local Steinmart and I could not even find the D.G. at a local store. This Christmas the Today show had a shopping segment that displayed this shoe and your website. Hence the order. I returned the first order because the size was not true to my foot and reordered half size larger which fits rather snuggly. We will see how they do as time goes on.

Great house slipper -
My girlfriend gave me my first pair. I tried them on and loved the way they felt. So she recently bought me a new pair size 12w pewter. I wish I could wear them other places .

Very comfy, very padded, very perfect, but only because I read the reviews and ordered a half size up and a wide instead of medium. Zappos treated me GREAT, too! THANKS!

WAY TOO NARROW when you order WW -
It took only ONE LOOK - to see that again the slippers didn't fit! I must not be a princess!!!
I have wide feet! So I ordered WW. You'd think the manufacturer would have a clue! But since the shoes were probably made in the Orient, they must have measured it WW according to their feet.

The old ones were better!
Some customers are complaining about these slippers, and I agree with their views. They are now of inferior quality and worse fit. The reason is that before they were made in Spain!!!! I need to find another brand similar to this one, but of better quality. I still keep the old ones, even though they are not in good shape...
