Purchased these for my granddaughter & she loves them! Had to return first pair because size was too small. Return was quick & easy. She is now thrilled to have the shoes & the next size fits well.

At first when putting it on, I thought that it was too small and I would need to go up two sizes. But once I got my heel over it, I was glad that I went a size up!! Normally I am a size 8 or 39, But I did read that before makes the shoe feel small. So I would recommend going one size up.

I got these for my daughter for Christmas and originally got a size 9. As much as she had wanted them they were a little too big so we waited three months to get the right size! She is an 8 1/2 so I thought going big was the right call, but she is very happy with size 8.
