This is the second pair of these UGG slippers I have owned. The first pair was given to me as a gift many many years ago and when the inside sole started to become too worn, I decided I needed to buy myself another pair. They are a bit expensive for a slipper, but in my experience, they last for YEARS with regular wear, so they're worth it. I wear a size 12 and they fit true to size. They are fuzzy on the inside, so they are a little tight for the first little while, but once the fuzzy stuff gets matted down and kind of formed to your foot, you'll have a little more wiggle room.

Very comfortable. I have wide feet and I did not need to size up.

These are my go-to slippers. I have been wearing one pair for several years, and the shearling finally started to get a bit bare in the heels although the rest of the slipper was in great shape. I ordered a new pair and absolutely love them. Easy to slip on and off, but stay on the foot well, very soft, warm, and comfy. They are very long lasting. The 1st pair I had was tan, and the 2nd, black. The black wore off a little bit on my feet initially, but easily washed off. I have really enjoyed both colors.They are a tiny bit snug at first--they shouldn't feel uncomfortable tight--the shearling compresses down a bit, and they will feel a little bit less snug after a few wearings. Highly recommend.
