My husband ordered these for me from a business trip and they arrived (the very next day) for my birthday. I love them. (I’ve had them a month, and I just received the UGG boots I ordered because I liked the Tasman so much.) I will agree with Zappos that this shoe is snug, maybe even runs a half-size smaller than marked. I have very high arches and wide feet, so the 6 was too tight and actually didn’t allow enough air space inside to build up warmth. (The shearling wore clean off of the insole big toe area in a perfect oval in a week, down to the leather, but I blame the manufacturer for that! My next pair did not do that.) Naturally, Zappos took them right back and sent me a 7. The 7s had just enough extra room in them to allow for ease of slipping them on and for building up warmth. I could get addicted to ordering from Zappos simply because of the great customer service and fast delivery. I could get a new pair of shoes every day!

I bought these slippers about a month ago. I read about 100 reviews before purchasing, including the one about them being stiff and uncomfortable. I chose the dark brown because one person mentioned the black stained their feet when worn without socks. They were stiff and the left one was a little tight on my big toe. I once had a pair of Uggs that became so big I had to give them away. So I wore them on the carpet for 2 days before deciding for sure. I love them and they now fit perfectly!!! I ordered my usual size. I will not hesitate to buy a second pair when these wear out. This was my first purchase from Zappos, but will not be my last.

I love my UGG slippers! They are very warm and durable. Product details say buy one size larger and it is correct. I didn't and wish I had. They fit fine when I wear them with no socks or thin socks, but they are very tight with thick socks like I like to wear in winter. Overall they are the best slippers I have ever owned!

These slippers are wonderful! I wear a seven. I ordered a seven and they fix perfect. A little slippage off heel, but don’t even notice now. They are nice and warm. They look good, sturdy sole. You could wear them as a shoe for outside.

Great indoor/outdoor slipper. They were a little snug at first, but stretched out to conform to the width of my foot pretty quickly. I usually wear a 6 1/2 or 7 shoe. I ordered these in a 7 and they fit fine so if you’re a 1/2 size I would round up not down. Great quality from UGG and as always great service from Zappos!

Great pair of Ugg slippers! My feet have never been this warm! Despite some review suggestions, I ordered my normal size and find them to be perfect. The back is not a mule style, but kind of shallow... so you have to make sure your foot is secure in the shoe before you start to walk or your foot will come out. I find this is less of an issue every time I wear them... I love them!

I love my new Uggs!! It is so great that they have them in a women's 12. I don't know how they do it since you can't get a women's 12 from the UGG website, but Zappos has them!! I tried a mens 10 (usually wear 10 1/2 mens) and it was too short, and it was wide! Then I found these on Zappos and it's great cause they are long enough and they aren't crazy wide like the men's ones. Thank you Zappos!!

I recommend ignoring the manufacturer's suggestion of ordering a size down. I purchased a size 8 originally and had to return and buy my regular shoe size. After a couple weeks of wear (my kids say I never take these shoes off!) I am glad I went with my normal size- a 9. Though these lack in the style department, despite their popularity, they MORE than make up for it in comfort!!!

These are great! Everything I expected. They run true to size, but when they get broken in, the suede gives and the interior of the shoe gets flattened. So they start to seem a little more loose with wear, but still fit correctly. It's a personal preference thing. This is true with all shoes/boots of this type. If you get a new pair each year, this won't affect you, but if you plan on wearing them for years and years, and your heel isn't on the seam in the back, maybe a 1/2 size smaller than your regular size would be better in the long run. Either way, people are rarely disappointed with anything UGG.

Overall this is a great slipper. I have worn mine for about a week and they are getting more and more comfortable. I wear and 8.5 to 9. I ordered a size 9 and it fits perfectly. The more I wear them, the more they feel like Scuffs, only better because of the support at the heel. They are very easy to slip into now. When I first got them they were a little tighter and therefore less convenient to put on and take off quickly. I was torn between the Tasman and the Scuffette II. I ordered both and returned the Scuffette II. With the Scuffette II I felt like I had to grip my shoes with my toes in order to keep them on. Not very relaxing. This is not a problem with the Tasman. My only slight gripe is that the sole of the shoe is pretty stiff, but the tradeoff is that it’s sturdy enough for quick runs outside to the mailbox or for hanging around the patio. Zappos service was superb, as usual.

I ordered these shoes for my mother who is approaching 80... She has problems with her circulation... so her little feet are always chilly... I thought a pair of UGGS would do the trick and not only are they her favorite shoes... but now her feet are toasty as well... and they were TRUE TO SIZE... All smiles... Thanks...

The Ugg Tasman slippers were a gift that I had requested. They only came in whole sizes and I had read to order down to the next size if I wore a half size. The 8s fit perfectly and are quite warm. We have had 17 straight days of snow and the Uggs were perfect for going out to the mailbox or getting the morning paper. The treads on the bottom prevent slipping. I love them!

Just wanted to say thank you to Zappos with their super fast shipping!!! Also I am really glad I listened to other reviews on here suggesting to get a larger size rather than smaller. All my UGGS I wear a size 8, these slippers I got in a 9. They run very SMALL, not larger like the boots. If you are an 8 1/2, get the 9 and so on. You'll be glad you did!

My sister wore this gift every day at the Vail ski condo where we met for her birthday! She said she will wear them for errands and in her home in chilly Spokane. The reviews said to size down but I don\'t think so. My sister wears an 8 and it fit just right and was not too big.

Received these slippers as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love them!!! They are the warmest, sturdiest slipper I have ever had on my feet. I usually wear an 8 wide shoe, and since these weren\'t available in wide width, and Zappos offers free returns, I thought I\'d give them a try. They fit great and are plenty wide enough. I wear them to run errands, go to the grocery store, etc. The sole is perfectly suited for outdoor wear. I was a bit hesitant to purchase these slippers because of the cost, but I\'m glad I did!

I ordered 8 pairs of Ugg (Tasman) slippers for all my family members as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves them. However, I recommend going up one size they feel snug, had to exchange several pairs for one size up. Zappos makes returns very convenient.

Love these slip ons, perfect for running small errands, keeping my feet warm and awesome comfort against my tile floor. I am a true 8, but I did have go up to a nine. I ordered the 8 and sent them back they were too tight. Zappos was kind enough to ship out the next pair right away before I sent the 8s back. Zappos knows the true meaning of customer service.

I love these slippers! They are very comfortable and very warm. I have left the house several times already thinking I had my shoes on. Since they have tread on the bottom, you can wear them outside if you choose to.

The shoes were a gift for my daughter. I knew she would love them because she had seen her sister's and mentioned that she would love to have a pair so they were one of her Christmas presents. The thing that I was most pleased about was the service. I received exactly what I wanted much faster than I expected, especially because I ordered them close to Christmas (and postage was free!). I received e-mails telling me when they were shipped (almost immediately) and when they would be delivered (via tracking). My daughters and their daughters all love Uggs and I know that I will be ordering gifts for many occasions and Zappos is where I will be shopping.

This company is beyond amazing. I got my order the very next day! I have ordered from Zappos three times within the past 90 days and every time the shoes came earlier than expected. Follow up emails and tracking were absolutely perfect. I will use Zappos again and again!

The experience was excellent and the product was delivered faster than stated, which is great for Christmas gifts. I would recommend using zappos in the future and will do so myself.

I can tell you that the shoe description shouldn't be saying that the Tasman runs large; it's quite the opposite. It should say, buy one size larger. Love the feeling that the cozy slipper creates on cold days without my feet overheating in a boot. Other than the fit, I'm in love with this slipper.

These are a great pair of slippers and with Zappos service you just can't go wrong. Could I have paid less somewhere else? Probably, but I won't take the chance on another merchant. Free shipping both ways (great if there is a sizing issue) and it is super fast shipping at that. I have ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos and have never had an issue, I would encourage everyone to trust that Zappos will make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I bought these for my Wife for Christmas and she loves them! They fit great and she loves wearing them around the house. Great slippers.
