We ordered two different sizes as we weren't sure which would be best, and we received our order within 3 days. We were easily able to return the pair that did not fit at no charge. This was our first experience with Zappos, and we will definitely be using Zappos again. Excellent!

I love these slippers. These are my third pair. They are stiff for a few hours, and then conform to your foot. They keep your feet at a comfortable temperature. Not too hot! Love them and love Zappos!

As always, my shoes came the very next day! These were a present for my daughter, so it wasn't until Christmas morning that I knew just how perfect these were. They fit perfectly, and the price was very competitive. Thanks Zappos. You're the only place I buy my shoes!

My favorite slippers/walk-around casual shoes ever! I wear them when traveling on airplanes - easier for when going through security. Still have my first pair (about 15 years now) and am not willing to get rid of them even though they're all stained. They're beautiful and comfortable. I hope Ugg keeps making them!

This is my third pair of these slippers (although i wear them as shoes). They are the most comfortable and warm shoe I have found.

Fantastic! Wonderful! I can hardly stand to take them off. These slippers are expensive but worth twice the price!

After a couple of wears - like others have said, the black dye comes off onto my feet and takes about three days to wash off. The shoes is stiff, and when I walk downhill it's kind of uncomfortable, but overall it's a nice and comfy shoe.

Love these slippers! They were a little tight when I first got them but after about a week they fit perfect. I would order your regular UGG size. If you don't wear socks worth them your feet will turn black for a week or two! Also, I ordered another pair of these in a child's size to save some money. Just go down 2 sizes from your original size. I wear a 6 in these but got them in a kids 4 and they fit perfect!

These are great slippers! My step daughter wears hers to school! I was surprised at how snug these felt when they arrived. I'm used to sizing down when purchasing Uggs, but these don't seem to follow that rule. I wear a 7 in adult Uggs and I can easily fit a size 6 youth with room to spare. So I was really surprised when I ordered a size 9 for my step daughter who wears an 8 1/2 in regular shoes thinking she'd have lots of room to grow. (She's only 11 and already her feet are bigger than mine!) When they arrived I tried them on just to check the fit. I was really surprised to find that they fit me perfectly. I'm concerned that a 9 will be too small for my step daughter. Of course, that is why we shop at Zappos. If they don't fit, we'll send them back for a bigger size! Easy as that! Love Zappos and love Uggs Tasman!

Love these! At first I was nervous because they were tight and hard to get on.. I ordered in my normal size. They definitely stretch out though! They fit perfectly and so warm/comfy. I wear them outside all the time. love!

I love my Tasman Ugg. I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe but I ordered a size 7 and they fit nice. Zappos is great with their speedy delivery! Thanks.

This is the classic ugg shoe and a staple for any college campus. Great look, comfort and durability.

These things are awesome!!! They were a little tight when I first got them, but after a few wearings, they fit beautifully. Any time I can have slippers that I'm not embarassed to run to the store in, I'm a happy girl. Very cozy and warm!!

I usually wear size 7, but it felt a little smaller, so I exchanged to size 8. This pair is very comfortable and liner is very warm and perfect for winter.

Got these for my Mom who always complains of cold feet. Work like a charm, I have a pair for myself. Comfy and warm.

Love these shoes. They are my primary inhouse shoes yet are sturdy enough for the quick outdoors for mail or newspaper. Very comfortable and cozy.

Shoe is comfy and warm especially now that winter is around the corner. If you've never owned Uggs these are great, but get a size smaller than you wear because they run big and stretch.

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter; she loves them! She said it feels like she's wearing slippers.

Comfy, Comfy. Have been wearing just around the house but intend to use them as boots this winter.

Ordered my correct size and at first felt a little snug but within a day or so felt perfect. Keep my feet toasty warm without sweating. Wish I had ordered a slide on slipper because the little lip in the back keeps me from being able to slip right in. I have to bend down and use my finger like a "shoe horn". Otherwise could not ask for a more comfortable slipper.

Ugg sizing is erratic. My old Tasman’s are a 7 -- OK but a little bit short. So decided to order them in 8 which is a 39, which is what I take in other shoes (and other Ugg boots). But the 8 Tasman are too big and slip off the heel. Disappointed I will have to return these, but was glad to see the sheepskin and quality seemed equal to my old ones. The soles have a different pattern, bu the materials seem the same.

My husband ordered these for me from a business trip and they arrived (the very next day) for my birthday. I love them. (I’ve had them a month, and I just received the UGG boots I ordered because I liked the Tasman so much.) I will agree with Zappos that this shoe is snug, maybe even runs a half-size smaller than marked. I have very high arches and wide feet, so the 6 was too tight and actually didn’t allow enough air space inside to build up warmth. (The shearling wore clean off of the insole big toe area in a perfect oval in a week, down to the leather, but I blame the manufacturer for that! My next pair did not do that.) Naturally, Zappos took them right back and sent me a 7. The 7s had just enough extra room in them to allow for ease of slipping them on and for building up warmth. I could get addicted to ordering from Zappos simply because of the great customer service and fast delivery. I could get a new pair of shoes every day!
