Too small too stiff and I ordered a while size larger and felt exactly the same I returned this pair also....

The least comfortable pair of boots I've ever tried. It's as though they're designed to fit something other than a human foot. The shape was just all wrong. The cushion was like an 1/8" of memory foam. It immediately flattened and became hard as concrete. The laces were a struggle to get even tension so you're going to end up with blisters/calluses in specific spots. I couldn't imagine working a whole day in these "work" boots.

Boot fit to small when I had already ordered a half a size larger then usual. Went to exchange boot at Timberland retail store to find out they don't carry the Pro series. Then had to return and take a guess at what size to order next. Company does not offer exchanges either, so had to front money until refund is issued which takes 15-20 days.

I am on my feet 8 hrs a day need a comfortable cushioned boot. These boots are not that! Not on my feet an hour into my shift and I begin experiencing lower back fatigue and blisters on bottom of my feet. These boots are absolute garbage. Absolutely no cushioning whatsoever. I suggest you don't buy these boots if you are seeking comfort and value

I purchased these boots for my husband for Christmas he only wear timberland boots to work. He is a size 11M we own several pairs this size. As soon as he put his foot in the shoe he said sorry they are too tight. We cannot believe the fit is so different in the pro series as compared to the original ones he normally wears. There should be a warning on the website to order a half size up. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return. I am very disappointed.

I DONT HAVE A VERY WIDE FOOT AND THE WIDE IS WAY TO SMALL THERE NEEDS TO BE A WIDER ONE I JUST CANT GET THESE.

I bought a pair of these 4 months ago. I work a medium duty backroom job, and just needed a boot that would give me some traction and protection while loading trucks.
Fast forward to date, my right soul is in 3 pieces, both my heals are gone (I do not drag my feet), and a pallet was able to rip a fair size hole in one of the toes. It's not as if I work construction.
I really expected more out of a Timberland product, I had high hopes. This will be my first and Last Timberland product sadly.

I had purchased this boot not too long ago, and after about 3 months they started falling apart. See previous review. I sent them back and they sent me a new pair, I hope if was just a bad lot of leather or a bad day to make this boot. I'm glad they stand behind their product and addressed my concern. Hope this pair outlasts the first pair. I will be reviewing this boot again.

I bought this boot on the reputation of the Timberland Brand and that they are advertized to be WATERPROOF. Big MISTAKE! Have only worn them for 3 months and they are already falling apart!! Leather is too soft and is getting tore up by minor abrasions. The first good rain that they were subjected to, by the end of the day, my feet were SOAKED!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED The only thing this boot is good for is to be a display model or a GOLF SHOE!! Sorry guys, this boot is NOT for the WORKING MAN.

I got these boots in the mail, then I wore them for 2 days and the steel toe is extremely uncomfortable. I returned them about a week ago but still no credit or response that they have been received. I want to get my money back for these boots. They are also very narrow and I need to order the Wide option and not steel toe.

As always the shoes arrived promptly and in all my years of purchasing shoes from Zappos, this is the first time I've ever had to return a pair. I ordered the wide version of this boot but it feels like the steel toe from the medium width is used. The toe box quickly narrows as your foot enters, so much so that the pinky toe failed to make it in. So if you require a wide toe box then you should probably look elsewhere. I usually get the Timberland Pro Pit Boss but decided to give these a try because they looked like the classic 6" boot and were both insulated and waterproof. Guess I'll have to go back to the Pit Boss.
