I ordered a pair of Minnetonka moccasins. Unfortunately, I have flat feet and the moccasins turned out to be too narrow. I returned them and ordered a wider size. The return process was really easy. I simply filled out the return form online, printed the mailing label, and shipped them back. I also called the folks at Zappos and I received a new pair of moccasins the next day. You can't do better than that!

Bought these for my dad for Christmas. They were too small and too narrow, even though I got the wides. They were really nice moccasins, though. And the return process was a breeze. Zappos has earned a customer for life!

Great Zappos shoe - The fit was excellent and the feel is very snuggly and comfortable... Happy with last order and will order again.

Really great slippers - these slippers are wonderfull! The only down side to them is a little string that is in the inside of the shoe that connects the top of the shoe to the rest of it but its very easy to cut out. These are great as slippers or shoes.

First pair of comfy slippers ever - I finally talked my husband into a new pair of slippers. He's always hated them. Now he almost never takes these off while he's in the house...truly loves them. His feet were always cold when he took off his walking shoes. Now he takes them off, slips into the Minnetonkas and his circulation is allowed to work and keep his feet warm. These slippers truly conform to the exact shape of one's own foot...ergo, a healthy and comfortable slipper. But he had to exchange this particular style for one size smaller. The other Minnetonkas all fit true to size. My advice is "try them, they can't be beaten for style and comfort"

Minnetonka House Shoes - I purchased two pair in all as gifts. Both recepients say they really like them. They are very comfortable and warm. They like the fact they have the rubber soles on the bottom.

A great men's slipper! A very comfortable and warm men's slipper with an indoor/outdoor rubber sole. Also, Zappos made my purchase easy with quick delivery to my door!

I bought these slippers for my husband as a holiday gift and he loved them! They are very comfortable and soft inside. The only drawback is that sometimes they are too warm!

These shoes are all that the catalogue suggested that they are. They do fit snugly at first, but they rapidly conform to your feet and feel like they are part of you.

Just what I wanted - I had a pair of these with just the leather sole that I loved. I ordered these with the sole on them for when I want to go to the mailbox or somewhere outside. I highly recommend this as a nice warm slipper.

Very nice - I have a tough time finding shoes and especially slippers that fit. I wear a 14 B and stores just don't carry anything for me. These slippers feel slightly narrower than standard. Still just a hair wide for me they are the best fit I've found. Very good quality and they look good.

Slippers - These slippers are so soft and comfy. My whole family has a pair. The only thing that is bothersome is that the leather shoestring does not stay tied. That's the only negative thing I can say about these slippers. Other than that, they are great! I only wear mine in the winter, but some of my family wear them year round. My brother is over in Baghdad right now and he has his with him!

My "slippers" Perfect in every way, before stretching in width. I like close fitting footwear. These now fit loosely.

Great slipper - This is an amazingly comfortable slipper. It is warm and is good for both indoor and outdoor use. The only problem I have with it is that my heel sometimes falls out of the slipper although it is the perfect fit for me which may mean the design is a little off. But overall I highly recommend this.

Good shoe Great price - Try to find a good slipper for a size 16 at a GREAT price??? I thought it was impossible. Until I found Zappos!! My husband LOVES them and doesnt need to go barefoot any longer. They fit pretty well, some getting use to as they are not hugging the foot near the ankle like a mocasin sturdy leather would, and so soft. Thank you Zappos for a good slipper at an AWESOME price!

Great Shoe, Great Service, Size Problem - As always, Zappo's service - ordering, packing, lightning-speed shipping - is extraordinary. Unfortunately, we'll probably have to return this pair of slippers. They seem to run 1/2 size (possibly more) larger than marked, especially if you want to wear them without socks. Otherwise, a terrific buy. Ugg-like in quality and style at a much lower cost!

Minnetonka's house shoe - My husband loves the shoe, and I loved the service.

Way big - My son wears a size 16 mens shoe so I ordered sz 16 slippers. They were too big but he didn't tell me till later and we couldn't return.

Sized absolutely wrong - The size 15's I originally ordered did not fit, so I ordered size 16's. These were no larger than the 15's I received originally. Zappos has ben great about the return and re-order, but this is the 4th pair of slippers I have ordered and none have been ture to size.

My son loves them and feels they are true to size...very comfortable and durable. Although, you want to keep them as dry as possible.

My 16 year old loves these moccasins and he loves the comfort and they are true to size.
