This shoe was too large for me, both in length and width.

They too heavy and uncomfortable to walk in. Not very breathable either. Disappointed

I paid a lot for a plastic shoe with a nearly flat plastic insert that I would compare to your typical $10 insert from Walgreens. I've spent 15 years working on my feet and have tried it all, and this is low on the functionality spectrum, and high on the price spectrum. I wear a 9.5, and ordered the size 40. Lengthwise they are okay. Widthwise, I don't think they are safe for anyone who has to be quick on their feet. As a waitress I have to avoid fellow coworkers, unattended children, etc, and if I had to back up quick or turn quick I could step right out of these or partially step out of them and trip over them. I also have high arches, and these are not for people with high arches, maybe good if you have flat feet. There is no heel bed on these at all, so there is no support from where the heel ends and the arch begins, which is where people with high arches and plantar fasciitis need support the most. This is not a classic Birkenstock with the insole that you hear about that will mold to your feet and be your foot's best friend. This is a plastic shoe with a plastic insert and very minimal support.

These are horrible! They feel like wooden clogs and the inserts are just as hard. The arch support doesn't hit in the right spot, but the actual shoe fits. so their not the wrong size. I work on my feet 12-14 hours a day on our farm; there is no way these are going to be comfortable for that long. And there is very little traction. That's not going to bode well for sloping wet grass. They slip way too much to stay on my feet when doing every day things even with my thick socks on. I couldn't imagine trying to shovel with these. I bought these when my "Work On The Clock Literide Slip-On" Crocs ran out of my size. Now *those* are some comfortable shoes! I expected a lot more from Birkenstock - I love my other shoes from them. Why are these so horrible?

I have never been in more pain than I was at the end of my shift after wearing these torture shoes. I could barely walk, feet/legs/back were all screaming. 100% not for me.

No not a birk shoe ,plastic and pricey and feel like boat when you wear them ,very disappoint

This is my second pair and I love them. I am on my feet at work for 8-10 hours at a time and they never hurt. I had my last pair for about three years and while I did buy new inserts once, they were still in great condition. The only reason I needed a new pair was that I kicked something just right to split the shoe in half. I highly recommend for anyone looking for good support, no slip somewhat decent looking shoes.

These have become my go-to shoes for errands and often for the office. A big surprise for me! Very comfortable!

Fit and size were fine, however, they no longer make the birkenstock thicker inserts/supports that I was going to swap out with, so I had to return them:(

IYKYK... one of the best for kitchen work. easy cleanup when the treads or the inside gets nasty. Replaceable footbeds, long lasting soles. Maybe not the best if you have really sweaty feet but you can just clean them out more often... the locker room users will appreciates it.

Overall this is what I’m looking for in a shoe for work, however they’re very big. I went down a size and they’re still too big.

Most people I would think, would probably think these Birki's are big for their size. But I feel that is why they are perfect. They are the best Kitchen restaurant shoes out there. I can stand all day in them with no issues. And you can get two good years out of each pair which makes the price a great deal. Also the tops are so easy to clean.

Great kitchen shoes! I can work an 8 shift andy feet feel like they're in a cloud all day.

I wear these shoes into my chicken yard and my garden and am very happy. They are somewhat springy and comfortable.

This is husband's second pair. It took him 5+ years to go through first and he's very tough on shoes -- particularly these, which he wears for anything outdoors: Mud, snow, etc. He has flat feet and Birks are his most comfortable shoes. Are they pretty? No. Are they practical? Yes. Will we buy them again? Absolutely...

I’ve worn these clogs for 20 years in professional kitchens. I change every year to year and a half. 80% of my cooks wear them as well, I highly recommend.

I have been wearing Professional Birki for more that 30 years. I am a retired Certified Executive Chef. I found them to be the perfect footwear in the kitchen. Excellent traction, non slip, waterproof and EXTREMELY comfortable for long days on my feet. The last 10 years they are my go to everyday choice. I wear them everywhere, yes everywhere!! Years ago I think the Croc Guy saw me walking in Manhattan and decided he saw a fashion statement with the Birki style.

Great shoe. Runs small

I'm a chef and I have wide feet. My feet at actually 12s but I generally have to wear 13s because most shoes I want don't come in wide. These fit my width they are just super long on me and I think I've just gotten used to that. I usually get 12-18 months out of dealy wear from them before I have worn through the tread and have to replace.
