BEAUTIFUL SHOE, glove leather. But it was under 'loafer' heading, and with socks on the toe box was way too small. might be nice for warm weather without socks but I'm returning these

I’m highly disappointed because I wrote to you twice to tell you that the insole bunched up the second time I wore them. They are comfortable but the insole needs to be adjusted throughout the day. I generally have had good customer service from Zappos so I am surprised I haven’t heard back about this issue. I even included pictures. They are comfortable until the insole bunches up.

I really liked the style, but even though it was the exact size I wear,they felt like I was swimming in them.

The leather was not sturdy, more like a thin moccasin leather, and the shoe looked very sloppy on my foot. These are getting returned. I'll need to go to a store and try on these type of shoes.

I always wear a 9.5, always, but that size was too big so I exchanged it for a 9. Zappo's is great that way. The 9s were tight in the front, gappy through the middle, just a bad fit all around. It's hard to answer the size question because the fit wasn't consistent.

Hush Puppies you let me down. Granted it has been over a year since I bought shoes. Well, either my feet changed a lot or the manufacturer did the changing. Back they go.

I bought these shoes to mainly wear at home. I bought the 8 wide. When I first tried them on they slid off my feet. I tried them with thick sox which helped some. They are very slippery-especially on wet surfaces. I may return them. Buyer beware!

I was dissapointed in the fit of this shoe. Due to other reviewers saying it was narrow, i ordered a wide width because i can wear a wide shoe from time to time. Near the heel the shoe was WAY too wide, and near the toe the shoe felt too narrow still even with a wide width.

These shoes were just not comfortable.

I ordered extra wide and the shoe didn't even feel like a wide - way too narrow. And I didn't like the way the shoe looked.

I did not like the soft material. I purchased my normal 9 1/2 wide and with the upper material being softer it allowed for a roomier feel and expanded but the top of the shoe was then wider than the sole. The outside edge of my foot could feel the edge of the sole because it wasn't as wide as the material. I could also see my big toe poking into the top.

Yawn. Soft leather but will be an ugly issue not being a true EE.

First, I ordered an 8.5 EE and they were great for width but too long in the toe by probably a whole size. So, I placed a new order for a size 8 EE. Returned the second pair also - they were so narrow I couldn't get them on (my toes were too wide). The shoes were labeled as "8 EW/Large." I'm disappointed in the inconsistent quality.

Runs very small. I ordered my size, then exchanged them for 1/2 size smaller, and they were still small. They're a good price, but aren't worth another try.

Right shoe was perfect but left shoe was much smaller, couldn't even get my foot into it, and that's my smaller foot! Sending them back, not sure I want to try again with a different pair.

Heels slip and the overall structure of the uppers seem flimsy to me. Sending them back; crossing Hushpuppies off my list.

I am returning these shoes because they do not have adequate side support. I'm very concerned that I may end up with a seriously injured foot or ankle.

These are a nice shoe but I ordered a 7.5 M as I always do and they are way too narrow. I would send them back (Zappos has a great return policy) but I made the mistake of wearing them thinking they just needed a little break in time still too narrow and hurt my feet. I have never had this problem before. I'm wondering if the shoe got misprinted. I even checked the shoe itself to see if they were the wrong size but no they were imprinted 7.5 medium. With Zappos I have no one but myself for not returning them, I should have done so as soon as I tried them on and they felt tight on the sides.
