These shoes were buttery soft and extremely comfortable, which was what I was looking for. They aren't very stylish, though, and they are cheaper looking in person than how they appear on the screen. The sole is very rubberish and almost a sticky feeling.

I just want to be able to slip on my shoes and go to work, nothing too fancy. These might even be a bit too plain for me. They are also more narrow than I thought, I ordered regular width and had they fit I might've kept them, but the fit and blah shoe I had to return them.

Hush Puppies always fit me. My problem with this shoe is lack of support. This shoe is too flimsy especially at the sides. Not enough structure. The video shows the shoe being 'squished and bent' by the presenter. That's not a plus in my view. Too late to return them, so donated instead.

Comfortable cushioning, and fits snuggly at the toes, but slips at the heels.

It's a nice looking shoe - I liked it more than I expected. However, it was certainly not what I expected for a wide shoe. I can't imagine a foot that fits in a regular.

I so wanted these shoes to work because of the price point. However, they were too wide in the heel and I had to return them. Other than the heel, they fit comfortable and felt great, not sure about arch support

I am a 9.5 W - and these were too large. They slipped off my heel and were a little too large in the back half of the shoe. Fit great up front though! Not sure if a half size smaller would have worked better . . .

I bought two pair, one black and one brown. Very comfortable shoe. One major problem though, the seam at the large toe area on the left shoe of each pair broke open at approximately the same time (within six months of purchase)! Both pair of shoes were only worn at work ... nowhere else and so I consider not "overworn". I tried sewing the toe area shut myself, but that only lasted so long. I am hesitant about buying these again ... obviously since this happened with both pair, there must be a defect in the construction phase of the shoe.

I ordered navy, but these are a dark green. My feet are a little wide across the ball of the foot, so I ordered a 6.5 wide, even though sometimes I can get away with just wearing a normal 7 instead of 6.5W. Even so, these shoes were too tight across the toes. Also, they bagged out on the sides. I was disappointed, because they were cuter than I thought they would be.

I expected better from a Hush Puppies shoe in a "comfort" style. I felt next-to-no arch support, and there is no heel counter; the foot slips around in the shoe. That feels treacherous for walking. I guess the shoe is fairly true to size (10W in my case), but I'm not keeping these so I won't struggle with that question! If I were keeping the shoe, I would like to try a half-size larger.

Not much structure in the back for a loafer. Would stretch out in no time.

I have a wide foot and it is hard to find decent looking everyday shoes to wear into the office. These look good and are fairly comfortable. I wish they had a little more support but I am happy with the price and the look. Some people suggested to order one size larger but I disagree, I was concerned at first but these shoes stretched quickly.

I initially got the wide version in a size 6 and the shoe would be really wide and slip off as I walked, but felt really comfortable. So I decided to exchanged them for a size 6 with a regular width and initially they felt good until I wore them for a whole day. The shoe tapers towards the toe and thus rubbing the edge of my pinky toes causing them to be really raw. I've seen from other reviewers that they had to stretch out the shoe before it being comfortable, but I'm not sure if it's worth the pain. The overall look of the shoe is quite matronly, but if the shoe was entirely comfortable I wouldn't mind. It's just that it's not so not sure if I want to keep the shoes hoping they would stretch out and eventually be comfortable.

I purchased these shoes because the description noted a "dual density foam footbed" and I was looking for work shoes that would be comfortable and very cushioned. They aren't as comfortable and cushioned as I expected, but they are generally comfortable. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with problem feet or who spend a lot of time on their feet, but overall they are good shoes.

Runs narrow.

I typically wear a 12M, but these were too wide, and unfortunately aren't offered in a narrow. Too bad I had to send them back, I really liked the shoes otherwise.

The binding of the upper inside of the shoe, that rubs across the top of the foot, is not smooth. Sadly this created a blister along the top of my foot. It may not happen for you, but because of this design, I cannot wear these shoes. Which is sad, because while not pretty to look at they were mostly comfortable.

I was looking for a replacement for my other Hush Puppies loafers (Blondelle) which I loved. Heaven has thinner leather and the soles are plastic looking - overall not a very attractive loafer in my opinion. Comfort wise they are okay but the heel is slightly loose!

I ordered several shoes with a similar appearance to try to find the best fit and comfort. These pulled tight across the big toe joint area, irritating my bunion, so I went with a Trotters shoe instead.

Just ok. I needed these for work and I needed them quickly, so I used Zappos. I used to buy my kids Hush Puppies for dress school shoes and they were always well made. These are very thin on the bottom and the top. Walking through the parking lot to work I could feel every little pebble and irregularity in the asphalt through the bottom of this shoe. No support or arch to speak of. I feel I am being generous giving these 3 stars.

I ended up returning these shoes for two reasons. The first was that the left shoe was at least a half size larger than the right. I've never gotten a pair of shoes that's done that before. I checked to see if they put one wrong size in, but both were labeled an 8. So when I wore the shoes, the left one would almost fall off. Also, I found the shoes very uncomfortable. They just didn't feel good on my feet. Because I'd worn them and didn't have the original packaging, I was worried Zappos wouldn't take them back, but they made a one-time exception for me. I appreciated that.

I was hoping these shoes would be comfortable as they are Hush Puppies brand, but unfortunately this is not the case. They are very tight across my foot and my attempts to stretch them have not been successful My foot's in pain after a couple hours of wearing. I may be giving them away to charity soon.

I always though Hush Puppies were made really well, but these shoes really disappointed me. They have been my main work shoes for the last 5 months or so and I just noticed that the back portion of the shoe has pretty much come off the heel portion, rendering them useless. Will not be buying anymore Puppies. Bring back 90's quality!
