Nice roomy toe box. Very soft leather. Sturdy sole. Great color. Can wear at the office or casually with jeans.

I have bunions, corns and arthritis. I love these shoes. However, this will be the third pair I will be returning because the sole/heel area keeps separating from the shoe. Defective!!! Please fix it, because these are my favorite shoes.

Nice shoes, fit wasn't right for me (narrow foot but wide at front due to bunion). Also bought Trotters Jean and they fit me much better. One complaint -- leather on sides of shoe is thin, I don't know if they would be super durable.

This is a nice looking comfortable loafer for when you need a "school shoe."

I like this shoe for the fit and comfort. Sizing is true. I need a wide fit and soft outer band and this works. No break in needed. Not quite as stylish as I prefer but very wearable!

My normal shoe size has become problematic as a result of bunions so I had to return the first pair for a wider width. As always, the return and replacement is a smooth process with Zappos. The replacement pair fit perfectly. These shoes are very comfortable and can easily be worn for hours at a time, especially if on your feet for a long period. I'm very pleased with these shoes

I had this shoe before. My true size is a 10.5 wide. 10 wide is too short; I ordered an 11 wide. "Wide" is wide enough and the leather is soft/stretchy. With an 11, I have about a 1/2 gap at the top of the shoe. It's not ideal, but it's a comfortable shoe. When they're new/unscuffed, they are sharp enough to wear with a suit.

These shoes are very comfortable and were perfect for my business casual job. However, after owning them a year, they are very worn. Not bad for wearing them everyday, but it would have been nice if they lasted longer.

Size medium is too narrow.

I love this shoe, perfect shade of navy, soft leather, great padding, cool style. But only the right shoe heel slips and there is a small gap on the side when I stand up and walk. Since this is not a common condition, I will give the shoes a four.

I love these shoes they are very comfortable. I needed a casual navy shoe and this product did the job.

These shoes are really comfortable. They do not need any breaking in. They have only moderate support and are kind of boring- looking but they are comfortable and EZ off and on!

They're okay. The main problem is that they're very narrow, and I have narrow feet. I may need to do the baggie of water in the freezer trick to stretch them out a little. They're comfortable enough to walk around in, but not overly cushy. The best part of that is they're not heavy.

Very comfortable shoe, just too wide in the heel for me. Zappos made it easy, as usual, to try the shoes on and make sure the fit was exactly right!

These are soft and comfy, but I just can't wear them. They come high up the foot in front and just look really awkward on my very over-pronating foot. If you have a normal arch, I would recommend these as a super comfy but professional looking shoe.

I do not shop for shoes often, so I was not aware of how expensive they are now. These seem to be an excellent value. I am very pleased with how they look and fit. I do not know if this model really runs narrow or if my feet have widened. More important are Zappos' policies and customer service. Free and very fast shipping for both purchases and returns, an entire year to decide whether or not to return a purchase, and very pleasant customer service interactions if it becomes necessary. Maybe the item is available somewhere else at a discount, but there would be shipping costs (at least for returns) or travel costs plus the annoying amount of time searching takes.

I needed professional, but comfortable shoes for when I have to do a lot of walking. (My last Trotter’s bit the dust). I ordered 3 similar shoes from Zappos in a 6-1/2 M: Hush Puppies Heaven (Made in China); Trotters Jenn (Made in China); and Geox D Euro (Italian Patent, Made in India). I kept trying them over a few weeks before making a decision to return all of them. I wanted so badly for the Hush Puppies to fit because they are so soft & comfortable with a “marshmallow” feel. However, on my feet, they were a bit narrow and tight. Over time, they probably would stretch though. The problem was the look. The right foot looked fine and straight; but the left foot shoe looked “twisted” and made my foot look deformed. The front twists to the left, while the back twists to the right, as it might do on a Pronator’s foot. (I am not a Pronator). So, a definite return. The Trotter’s were a nicer shoe than the Hush Puppies, but too tight and uncomfortable. Next ½ size up would be too big for sure. Although more casual, I liked the Geox best because of the chain across the front and the pebbled leather, but the right foot is 1/2-inch too big in the back. The left foot was a better fit, but still had quite a bit of slippage in the back that likely would get worse over time as the leather stretches. The size difference in the right & left foot was substantial. Sadly, returning all three.

This shoe is very cute and comfortable. The only problem I've been having is with my heel slipping out of the shoe, occasionally.

Nice shoe. I think it looks good dressed for work or casual. Very nice light and flexible feel. Sole could be a bit more supportive and cushioned, but still good. No blisters and comfortable to wear all day.

I was looking for a plain flat shoe that I could wear with everything. I always have a hard time finding shoes in my size (12). These fit the bill. I'm pleased so I'm going to order them in different colors.

These are great comfortable but not totally ugly shoes for office work! I bought them expecting to get comfortable office shoes, which they are. But I still feel so dorky when I look down and see them on my feet! However, I am still wearing them, because they are really comfortable and I can tell they are high quality.
