Love this shoe! I bought the Adora as my first pair of Softwalk shoes. The comfort is unbelievable! I was so satisfied and glad I bought these shoes that I right away went to Zappos and ordered another pair, The Vail. And to my greatest surprise...they were on sale! I've tried most of the comfort shoes I've seen at the malls and so far these are the best. I love this brand and I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know!

Comfort all the way! I'm on my feet nine hours a day. The Adora shoes saved my feet as well as my sanity. They're extremely comfortable. If you work on your feet for long periods of time these are the shoes for you. A great investment!

Adorable Adora. I love this shoe. It seems to run a little wide, I could have worn a narrower width than usual, and had to have the instep stretch because I have a high instep. I love the toe room and of course, the cushioned insole. I have a progressive nerve disease and could not keep shoes on my feet for any length of time. Then I found Softwalks. My life has been so much better since; I can shop, do all my activities around the house and even walk, which I have to do to combat the CMT I have. I love Softwalk Adoras and will soon order another pair (which will be my sixth Softwalk shoe).

I have the tennis shoes which I love and the woven open toe sling (which name I don't recall). They are all great!

Softwalk Shoes. I bought Adora in Navy 6 months ago because the waffle ("mogul") insole looked cushy. I have chronic planter fascitis; I have been looking for a shoe that I could half-way tolerate. I'm here to buy more Softwalk styles in more colors. I don't want to wear anything else!

Pillow-Soft to Walk on This shoe is great. I ordered Brown and when I tried it on I ordered Navy as well. The shoe is true to size for me and very comfortable. No breaking in was required. I received many compliments when I wore them to work.

"Walking on Clouds" This shoe fits it's name, "Adora". With each step your feet will Adore walking while wearing these finely made shoes. Lined with soft puffy pillows of cushion, these make your walk pure Heaven. Once you put them on, you'll forget your wearing shoes. You'll feel as if you are "Walking on Clouds".

My boyfriend had the nerve to buy these for me just because he thought I could use the comfort. But they grew on me and now I can't live without these shoes! The footbed is so comfortable. I could walk all day in these.

What's with this heel? The shoes look great and seem to fit, but I wore them one day at work (all carpeted) and by the end of the day, the back of my heels were raw. I did not expect that because the heel looks quite padded, but the back of the shoes falls much higher up my heels than any other shoes I have ever had and maybe it was rubbing on new skin. It was also slightly too wide in the heel so it was slipping too much. Otherwise I like the style and look of them.

They Ain't Pretty But They Are Pretty Comfortable - As a woman with lupus and fibromyalgia comfortable shoes are a necessity. The Softwalk Adora is not a very pretty shoe but it is quite comfortable and the soft cushioning gets me through the day with ease. I actually use this shoe for walking on the treadmill. And now that I have a new pair, I use my old pair when I work in the yard. I am disappointed that the leather isn't as buttery soft in this new pair as it was in my first, this leather is stiffer and harder to break in. My other issue is the color, I would like to see a brown or luggage color. This is not a dress shoe, it is a casual working shoe and it does a superb job for me!

Softwalk Adora - Felt true to length and width but the opening over the arch is too tight. I noticed others had complained of this too so I had ordered a size larger than normal hoping to avoid that problem. However, it is still pressing so hard on the top of my foot that I can wear shoes only a few minutes at a time.

A Few Crunched Toes - If you value the comfort of your toes, you will order a half size larger in this shoe style.

These shoes are great to wear with capris or with long pants. However, I am still having to break in these shoes. As the other reviews claim, the top arch of the shoe is a bit tight and the top of my foot feels bruised and sore after each wear. I don't have wide feet or a high arch so for those that do, be aware of this design.

The Softwalk Adora in brown--comfortable, but you do have to break them in. The insole is the most comfortable I have ever had in a shoe; the top gets some getting used too. I have a high instep and mild bunions, but for the most part they are soft, cushy and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone with feet that hurt. I bought only one pair--received them 2 days later and unfortunately they are no longer on sale!

Love It! I've had both of my feet operated on and I am facing another surgery. Softwalk are the only shoes I can wear--in which my feet don't hurt. I have 3 pairs of Softwalk shoes.

Mixed review - I have had these shoes for almost two months now and the construction is high quality and the insole is comfortable beyond compare! I have had a problem however with the upper. The lip of the shoe has left the top of my foot bruised some days. Maybe it's because I have high arches, but I wish people could order shoes in high as well as wide! Overall though these are still the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

Black Softwalk's Adora - These shoes have been very comfortable. I have Morton's Neuroma and can wear these for a very long time and still am able to walk. I find however, that possibly until they are broken in a little more, that they push down on my toes and my toenails must be trim to avoid hurting toes with these. They look good, feel good and I hope they will pass the test of time as well.

Like walking on clouds ... The toe-box is great on this shoe (I have neuromas) and the insole is like walking on clouds. I have a high instep, and the top took a couple of wearings to adjust. The size is accurate. I do have a little trouble with my somewhat prominant achilles tendon. I had to wear Bandaids for the first couple of wearings to avoid a blister, but now I am o.k. for short wearings. I am hoping that it will stretch a bit more for me without losing the narrow heel.

Nice - I bought a pair of these shoes as a more dressy, conservative alternative to my Dansko Professionals. These are definitely soft and smooshy shoes. If you are used to more supportive footbeds like Earth or Dansko, these will probably feel too soft and thin in the sole; if you're used to wearing just basic dress shoes these will probably feel heavenly. I have a borderline wide foot and bought these in size wide and they were perfect, not too wide but better than how narrow dressier shoes usually are.

SoftWalk's Adora - Like a Cloud - Adora is the 2nd style from SoftWalk that I have purchased (I also have the Jupiter). I am hard to fit, Size 10, usually a AAAA, with a 6A heel. The Adora is a little bit big, because I had to order a AAA width, but I put heel inserts in them to be able to wear them. I couldn't BEAR the thought of sending them back. I really have fallen in love with this shoe manufacturer. I hope they will continue to develop new styles in my size.

Kinda Cute...Not As Comfy As I Had Hoped - The style is cute for a "comfortable" shoe, but the stitching and thickness across the top of the shoe made it uncomfortable for me. Perhaps these are the type that need to be broken in, but I was looking for happiness out of the box. The insole is nice and soft, but for me, it did not provide enough arch support. I have very wide, flat feet with thin heels, so buying shoes is very hard task. I found my usual size in a WW width was a good length. The width was ok if I wore stockings, not socks. The quality of the leather is very nice. I wish they would have worked for me!

This shoe is very comfortable as far as the cusion of the sole, however the top rounded portion rubs across the top of the foot. I returned the shoe for that reason.

A Bit Disappointed - When first putting on Softwalk's Adora, I was in heaven. The padding inside of the shoe felt like clouds and the width of the shoe was perfect. As the day wore on, however; I found that the back of the shoe rubbed against my heels and I wound up with blisters on both feet. Sad.

Hard to Fit - Although I loved the look of the shoe, it was too small and too tight. Did not think it was double wide -- simply wide. Would recommend going a half to one size larger thank normal. On the plus side however, upon calling customer service return was a snap. Zappos was EXTREMELY helpful.
