Great padded support - These tennis shoes have great support and padding. I like them very much. Sizing felt just right.

The Upbeat is amazing! I read the reviews and decided to try these shoes, even though they were more than I usually spend. They're worth every penny -so comfortable. I usually have trouble finding shoes that fit, that don't hurt, etc., but these only needed about two hours time to be broken in.

Runs very short. I couldn't believe the size on the box -this style was a solid half size short.

Excellent. I've worn these shoes for many years -probably 20. 'Can't find any that I like better. 'Recommend them, especially to those heavier women who need support.

Hush Puppies Upbeat. I've been wearing Hush Puppie's Upbeat for about 10 years now. Used to get them at the Hush Puppie Store in the mall and then they closed. After that, I got them from JC Penney's catalog. And then, they didn't carry them. My sister found this site for me and I'm soooooo glad I can still find this shoe. I never wear anything else. I have black and white ones so I can change the color from time to time, but this is the only shoe I wear. Had a problem with heel spurs and this shoe is wonderful. That problem has been gone for years, but the Upbeat is so comfortable I never want to have to look for a shoe again. Please don't ever stop making this one.

bounce/ now upbeat I've bought bounce for the past 6 years they are the most comfortable shoes that I've ever walked in. It took me 64 years to find them. And I never want to be without them ever again.

Lifesaver These shoes are a lifesaver for me. I am a very large woman and I have heel spurs. These are the only shoes I have found that will support me and protect my heels. I hope and pray they will be around for a long time.

I'd rather go Bare Foot than to Switch to another Brand I have been wearing Bounce by Hush Puppies for about 7 years now,I used to work at a JCPenney Outlet and the price was real cheap,well I got hooked,then I started ordering them from their Catalog now they don't even sell them,I've called other stores to no avail!Well I got on my blasted computer and typed in the information and Praise Be!I found someone who still has them so I am sending my money order.My last pair of Bounce has been worn every day now for over three years.I may even send to get another pair just to be on the safe side.Bounce IS THE Most Comfortable and Durable Shoe I have ever found.

outstanding comfort. i have worn this shoe for past 4 yrs / there is no break in period/ they are that comfortable from day one / i just ordered a new pair as i had recent knee surgery & needed a new pair / it was a "no brainer" that i order another pair of bounce / i recommend them to anyone with knee problems

I have been wearing this particular shoe (upbeat) for 10 years. I find it very comfortable; soft leather, with a sole that has bounce. I exercise 4 times a week wearing this shoe and it last me about 7-8 months before I need a new pair. It is true to size. I would rate this shoe a 7-8. I do wish Hush Puppies Corp. would start making it in a nubuck again.

Hush Puppies's Upbeat - I love these shoes! I have owned four pair, and they are very difficult to wear out. The support is there even after the outer leather is scuffed and worn. I prefer the light gray color, but it was not available for my recent purchase. The shoes have been excellent for my needs.

Fabulous service! I have had trouble finding narrow walking shoes locally, but will never worry about it again. The service I had from Zappos.com was wonderful! I ordered the shoes on Sunday afternoon and they were delivered at my house on Tuesday afternoon-- free shipping! The shoes were exactly what I had been looking for. I ordered N or 2A and they are a little wide, but I had already worn them when I realized that. I will just wear thicker socks and the next time I order, I will try the slim. Thanks for such an easy way to shop and have the absolutely best service I've had in a long, long time.

solid comfort - This shoe provides a stable and comfortable fit for people who spend a lot of time on their feet. The uniform shoe design is not very interesting, but the lines are attractive and the comfort is great!

A Close Second - I had to find athletic shoes in black for a new job fast, so I went straight to Zappos.com. I ordered the Upbeat and the Classic Walker to compare. I ended up going with the Classic Walker and returning the Upbeat. I tried the Upbeat on first and they were so comfortable I thought they were going to be "the one", but, the Classic Walkers were just a bit more comfortable and I preferred the smoother lines. Still, a great comfortable shoe and may fit you better.
