Great price for quality. Comfortable and affordable most of all. Bought these as a gift and was told they're more comfortable than Chuck Taylors.

I really love these! I wanted something a little cheaper than Converse, but these turned out to be MUCH better than the Converse. They are extremely well put together, and very comfortable. My favorite part is the arch support insert that came with them. With my old Converse I had to buy some insoles... But not with these!

After years of skateboarding, my feet have had it and now I need shoes with more support. Chuck Taylors and Vans are out of the picture due to their flat soles. As I do like the style of a canvas sneaker, I was pleased to see the reissue of PF Flyers. When they arrived the first thing I did was remove the soles and put in my own orthotics (something I couldn't do with Converse or Vans shoes). Very comfortable!

I love my PF Flyers! Guys are always asking me where I got them. I give them your website. Gonna order that snazzy red and black pair soon!

I feel great in my red PF flyers. I see in the July/August 2013 Wall Street Journal Magazine, page 91, the fashion world is following my example, featuring red tennis shoes on a hot lady artist in Oslo, Norway. Of course, I had mine first. I have my red tennies. Let the world follow. Can't catch me!

I love these shoes! They are more comfortable than Chuck Taylors and have a cleaner look in my opinion. It is hard to beat sandlot, which is black on black. This is the second pair that I have owned and I am sure it will not the last. I wear a 14½-15. These in a 15 are a perfect fit. Zappos is online retail at its finest. These shoes will make you run faster and jump higher!

Like a few other reviewers, I intended on getting Chucks, but when I saw Pf Flyers, I decided to investigate. When I learned about the arch support, I had to try them out. I have high arches and one of my pet peeves with Chucks was the lack of support. I didn't expect much, but the price was a little lower, so I figured there was no harm in trying something new. I'm still wearing that first pair 2 years later. I don't wear them much in the winter, because it's so rainy here. But, I walk and bike in them when the weather is nice. In fact, I have three other pair, but these worn-in shoes stay on my feet. I even got a suede pair for dress-up occasions. I'm an artist so I can get away with that. I've had no complaints, except for the 2nd pair, which feel very narrow. The interior label indicates they're the right size, but they don't feel the same. Nontheless, they don't hurt, so I'll keep wearing them.

I have the low versions and loved them so much that I ordered the high-top version for my fiance... his, unfortunately, seemed to run about a 1/2 size large. Not sure what the difference was since my regular size fit perfectly, but he always takes an 11 medium and will need to exchange for a 10.5 in this particular shoe. Other than that, LOVE this shoe and several steps up in the comfort department from our old-school Converse. Will never go back!

Love these shoes! The insert is incredibly comfortable! I went on a 2.5 hour hike in these...in mud. They ended up pretty damn dirty, but I just threw them in the washer and they came out clean! I love them! I'll be ordering them in a different color soon!

I used to wear Converse All-Stars, until I tried these. These are the better shoe in my opinion. First, they actually have arch support, and are far more comfortable to wear. Their soles and canvas also feel thicker, which is probably why these have lasted so long. I walk a lot and go through shoes pretty fast, and these have lasted longer than any Converse. And finally the overall style is better. Not a fancy running shoe, but a great everyday/walking shoe, they go with anything, I only buy PF's now.

RUN FASTER AND JUMP HIGHER!!!!! I only wore PF Fliers as a kid- was so excited to see them reissued, and got the same reds ones I wore as a tot. Amazingly, they are just as comfortable as I remember them to be! Still have that PF insert, the round logo on the ankle, and the little green rubber label on the back. I love these, they are SO retro and wonderful- and very very comfortable. I need arch support- but have not had to use my orthotics with these. Also- I have bought hi-top Converse but ended up not wearing them because they were so heavy. These are just...nice. I had no idea they would be as comfortable as they are.

Yay or Nay? A Giant Yay! After viewing the video on Zappos for this PF Flyer sneaker, I learned that there was a cushioned insert for extra comfort! Zappos delivery was lightning fast, and the PF Flyers more than lived up to my expectations! True to size, I'm a 7.5 or an 8, so I ordered the 8 and they are perfect! Kudos to Zappos on price, delivery and a Video infomercial that sealed the deal!

I was disappointed! The description said "Sandlot" so I thought it was the Sandlot limited edition. It wasn't, it's just the PF Flyer, not the Sandlot.

I decided to buy these shoes simply because its The Sandlot's 20th anniversary. Boy, was I glad I did. Not only are these shoes cool looking and a nice relic to have to anyone who loves the Sandlot, but they are so much more comfortable that Converse. I have been wearing Converse for years now, but I think I might just start wearing PF's more often now simply because they are more comfortable and the canvas used to make them is more durable as well. Definitely worth it.

PF's are a bit more comfortable than Chuck Taylors. I would say they are worth the extra money. PF Flyers are sized slightly different than Converse also, in Converse I wear a size 9 where in the PF's I wear a size 9.5 (in mens). The PF's seem to be built a bit better also.

I have always bought size 13 in Chuck Taylors and Vans so I saw no reason not to in a PF. In length they fit perfectly but these seem a little narrow in comparison to Chucks. In the future I might try going with a 14 for the width.

These shoes are simply awesome. They come exactly as shown. They are made with great quality. The sizes are true fit. And most of all, they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. You can't beat a classic!

I originally wanted to replace a pair of custom made Chucks that I got as a groomsman gift. But the price is a bit on the expensive side for hipster cred. I found these and they were pretty close to what I wanted the shoes to look like and figured that they would feel the same as the pair of Converse they are replacing. I was totally wrong, because these feel great. It feels like a bought a pair of Chucks and then spent another $20 on some nice insoles. I've had them for about a month and so far they've held up pretty well. I don't think I will buy another pair of Chucks again.

PF Flyers are a very comfortable sneaker that is durable and lasts a long time. The secret is the wedge insole that gives the comfort that is lacking with the Converse model. I have found that the sizing differs from that of the Converse by a size-in-a-half factor; whereas, I wear a size 9 (mens) in Converse, I need to have a size 10.5 in the PF Flyer. I get many compliments on my sneakers, particularly the red ones, from the students at the school where I work. At 53, I still feel like a kid!

I agree with most reviewers when I say I will also never buy Chucks again. They are incredibly comfortable and the details make them unique. However, I must say the sizing is odd. I have read other reviews saying half a size larger than Chucks was good for them. For me, I needed to go a full size up, from 9½ in Chucks to 10½ in PF Flyers. To make sure I did not get too large of a size, I put the soles of these shoes together, and they were the same length. So I am assuming the people that went only half a size larger have thin feet. I have medium-wide feet. 10½ is my size in Nikes, Adidas, etc. And it worked perfectly for PF Flyers too, so i would say PF flyers are true to size. Also, it took me a week or two to break them in. They were already mostly comfortable, but my pinky toe was rubbing the rubber toe area a bit, but that went away after they were broken in.
