I like these so much that when they fell apart after three years, I ordered an identical pair. They are essentially Chucks with arch support. I have narrow feet and they are very comfy. Only problem is my heels slide a bit, but this is probably because my feet are too narrow. It’s a common problem I have with shoes. Great everyday sneakers.

Great fit. True to size. I wear a size 13 and these fit nicely. I would recommend buying an additional insert for some more padding. Overall, these are badass.

I bought these because of the movie Sandlot. When I took them out of the box, they looked...different. The toe cap is very small and the ridges on the toes are large. I think I'm just used to how Converse look. The shoes are cool but a little too narrow for me. Bummer.

These are magic shoes! Ahhhhhh! The Sandlot was my favorite movie as a kid and finally getting my own pair of PF Flyers is a dream come true. These are way more comfortable than I expected, I will definitely be buying another pair

Great comfortable shoe. Light, and durable canvas. I tour with a band profesionally and these shoes not only look the part, but can hold up to many miles on the road. This is my 4th pair of PF Flyers and will continue to sport this shoe.

These are great shoes! These shoes are stylish, comfortable and priced right. They are a great alternative to Chucks, actually they are better than a pair of Chucks!

Pretty comfortable shoes. Had to wear them in a little. Versatile. Plus its from the Sandlot! I thought it ran a half size bigger.

Right out of the box, the old feeling of a new pair of PF's came back... Basically the same shoe as 60 years ago. No amount of technology could ever make them feel better. I recall them as being the first sneaker with an arch support.

This is my second pair of PF Flyers. I love them! They are much more comfortable than Converse All Stars. I can wear them with practically any set of clothes. PF Flyers rock!

I really like these shoes. Although I have no arch support I can still put in my insoles, which worked perfectly. They actually filled out the extra space in the shoe. Overall they are a good fit for me. I also love the style!

Best shoes I've ever owned. I have nine pairs of the Center Hi Re-Issues and I'm on my second pair of the Sandlots because I wore the first pair slap out. They look good. They feel good. And they monkey stomp Chucks.

I bought these for my daughter and she was very excited because we couldn't find them locally and for the price we paid.

These shoes are beyond awesome. The canvas is sturdy but not rough, the rubber is substantial, and the detailing take these over the top. I was worried about the fit, since I typically have to size up/down, but they fit like a glove. A very nice, more retro alternative to All Stars. (Zappos customer service is very nice as well.)

These are like a comfortable trip to the past. They are comfortable, look way cool, and you just cannot beat the price. And the Zappos' service is second to none!

This shoe is very cool. It looks just like I thought it would. I like the style, especially the front lining design giving it that brand new tire look. Great stuff. Two thumbs up.

I bought these shoes for my son. He wears this style nearly on a daily basis. With Zappos' great selection and service, my son has accumulated quite a few colors. With his birthday coming up, I have new shoes to add to his collection. All signs point to a fun and comfortable shoe.

Great shoe, much better than the Chuck's I've been wearing for the last few years. Better material quality and construction by far and these actually have some degree of arch support to go with their "Magic Wedge". I've worked 8-10 hour days on my feet in these shoes with no issues. I will say that guys will want to consider ordering a half size larger than what you wear in Chucks based on my experiences with both the 10 and 10.5 sizes of the Center Hi And Lo shoes. The 10's will feel fine at first but as the day wears on if my sock seam is in the wrong place I'll get some rubbing on the outside of my small toe of either foot - not so with the 10.5's. Probably my fault for not consulting the more accurate (for me at least) Euro measurements.

At the ripe old age of 58 I choose comfort over all else. These are just like the old PF Flyers I used to wear to climb trees and run like the wind when I was a kid. The fit is a little big, but all the better to wear bulky rag socks with. For a real trip down memory lane, lace up your PF Flyers, down a glass of Tang then go out and catch lightning bugs in an old mayonnaise jar. Now if I could just find 35 cent a gallon gas.

If you are looking to add some down-to-earth style to your life these are the wheels you need. You will be a dork all over again and nobody will take you serious while you wear them. Perfect for high powered meetings with bankers. It they will never know that you are really a millionaire tycoon hiding behind the casual attire.

Oh, how I enjoy the perks of Zappos VIP membership. I made this particular purchase over Converse. A: Because Converse in the similar style are a bit more expensive (not worth my money). B: Converses are not comfortable for walking. C: I like the logo on the outside rather than the inside of the shoe. (That has always bothered me about Converse Chucks). I was introduced to to PF Fliers via a small sneaker shop here in Rochester NY, that carried the brand. I loved the rugged quality and detail on the galvanized sole. But the best thing about the PF Flier especially in comparison to Converse All-Stars is the cushy insole, which translates to walking in style and comfort. Another perk is, the vintage look and quality allows them to look pretty darn good distressed. These kicks suit my taste more and I would buy a few more pair if I could afford them. But until then I will beat the street with this pair.

These are the best shoes I've ever owned. I've been wearing Converse off and on for many years, always inevitably switching to a skater style of shoe because my feet were killing me. Of course, the major drawback with skate shoes is that your feet get really hot by the end of the day. I was hesitant to try out PF Flyers thinking it would be the same story as the Chucks; talk about a world of difference. They are so comfortable, I use mine for pretty much everything, from day to day use to training on the heavy bag and weight lifting. If you're like me, and wanted a Chucks style shoe - but one that was comfortable and has durability - buy the PF Flyers; you won't regret it. As for sizing, I wear an 8 1/2 US in Chucks, and a 10 US in Flyers.

I have always worn Chucks & when given the opportunity to buy PF's in the past I have decided against it as I am a person who goes with what I know & saw no need to get something I don't know much about. I have read many many comparisons regarding PF Flyers Center Hi & Center Lo Re-Issue to Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Core Hi & Core Ox. So I finally decided to give PF's a try being so many people have given them such praise. Please take my advice & let me clear this slight oversight up. There is no comparison. These shoes are vastly superior in every single way save one. More people wear Chucks. As a person who has worn Chucks for over 30 years I can say with full experience, Chucks are an inferior shoe in comparison. Chuck have been the shoes I grew up with, have always had & worn for day to day but in my opinion PF's I thought always looked better despite having a similar look so I always kind of thought they were knock-off's. What I have now discovered is PF's are 3 times more comfortable than Chucks, more care is taken in choosing proper materials to construct them & the company has been around almost as long as Converse, go figure, not knock-off at all! Unlike Chucks which run a full size bigger, these shoes maybe run approximately a 1/2 size bigger than marked & are a smidgen wider than medium. I have wide feet & these shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. Now of you have narrow feet you may want to wear thick socks, add a thicker shoe bed/insole or you may have to go with Chucks which are more narrow. I wont be buying Chucks any longer now that I finally took the gamble on PF Flyers. Thank you Zappos for always having impeccable service (from quality & quantity of selection, service, great employees & delivery times) Other companies need to take notes from you.
