Beautiful and comfortable! I bought these shoes in a local store, and now I am a Josef Seibel fan, after wearing Birkenstocks for years. These shoes are comfortable and beautiful. I wear a 9-1/2 wide normally, but had to get a 42 in this shoe.

Great shoes - I love these shoes. It only took a few days to get them worked in. I just spent several days walking in the city with them and they were great.

Classic styling and lots of nice detail in a quality shoe - You can't get more style or comfort than this in a fisherman sandal. These look and feel great.

Great shoes - This shoe is true to size, and very comfortable. No "break in" period. Leather is soft and very comfortable. I live in Arizona, and coolness and aeration are important. My feet do not feel hot in this shoe. I recommend it highly. Also, the comfy footbed keeps my feet from getting sore when on my feet all day at work.

Enjoy the shoes - Finally a nice looking shoe that resembles a sandle and has the toes covered. Very comfortable.

Comfortable, light and easy shoe - These shoes are terrific to wear--so light, easy,and comfortable. When I first put them on I thought that the toe area was a little too closed, and because of that they feel a bit more warm than I'd like but, I really love them now that I've worn them a lot; very well-made shoe.

Love my new shoes! Just got my shoes yesterday....I love them, I love them, they are super comfortable. I wear a 7.5 and purchased the 39 as recommended, they are a perfect fit!

Happy feet - The Josef Seibel's are a good looking, well made pair of shoes, and I believe they are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I usually need to wear a shoe sock or ped with this type of shoe to prevent the bottoms of my feet from burning. I have worn these shoes several times without stockings, without any problems. If they weren't so casual looking I would wear them all the time.

Seibel means quality - These sandals are great. I made the common mistake despite the fair warning and ordered these too small first. But the second pair is perfect and they are all I expected and more. Lightweight, comfortable, cool (literally and figuratively) and they will get to go to Rome with me come September. Great choice.

Cute shoe with a look that is always in style. Comfortable with a cushy feel and well made. This shoe comes in whole sizes only and if you wear a half size, order the next size up as the shoe runs a bit small.

Can't beat Josef Seibel - I own two other styles by Seibel and they are lightweight, totally comfortable and stylish. I needed sandal-type shoes for the summer - where else to turn but Seibel? These are as wonderful as my other two pairs and well worth the money. Great shoes!

They seem to run a little smaller than all my other Josef Seibel shoes (and I'm not wearing socks with these), and without socks the insole sticks to your foot. But they are very comfortable and look really great.

Run small - I wear a 10 usually. I ordered the 41 (10-10.5) which I usually order in Joseph Seibel shoes. These are too small. They fit like a 9.5. Otherwise, they're cute.

Joseph Seibel "Geneva"- women's - The service couldn't be better, almost instant delivery. I already know this shoe Seibel "Geneva" but would like it to have a slightly thicker, softer sole and a bit of arch support. Design is perfect for me otherwise. I like the wider, non-toe-cramped style with very low heel, although toe box is slightly low. Well made.

Quality just as good? I bought these shoes to replace an identical pair that I had used so often the sole was almost worn through. Great shoes, good for a wide variety of situations, but I wonder if the quality is as good as my previous pair. For example, this time there was a knot in the stitching on the inside that hurt until I used bandage tape to seal it off. Overall, the quality seemed just ever so slightly off the level of my original pair. But, without that comparison, I'd probably think they were just fine.

Love Josef - I have these shoes and they are so comfortable. This year I bought Josef Seibel's.. Lana's.. even more comfortable. Zappos you are wonderful, but we need more style choices, in comfort....... Shoes...... This style is more cumbersome then the Lana's.....

A little stiff - The shoe felt a little stiff on first wearing. Am waiting for them to soften up!!!!

Picky, picky - If I were a princess, I'd probably complain about the pea under my bed...I found these shoes slightly uncomfortable because of the leather upper pushing on the base of my toes where the shoe bends when walking. Otherwise, a nice shoe. I found it truer to size than expected, but I'm still getting used to the European sizes. The return process is exactly as easy as advertised.

A bit small - This shoe fits slightly smaller than another Josef Seibel shoe I have that is very similair in design.

Really comfortable - This shoe is great for tired feet. I would like it better if the shoe had been a true size (it seems a bit short) and if there were narrow widths available. Of course, heavier socks make a difference. I will keep at least one pair of these great shoes always.

Just about right - The shoes look great, but the left shoe is not as wide as the right. I think over time they will be more comfortable.

Good shoe for wide feet - This attractive shoe fit my wide feet beautifully, even though it's not officially sized as being wide. It's well made and cool to wear with bare feet; however, it rubs a little on the sides of my ankles, and I don't think I would dare wear it for a long walk. Still, it's attractive enough that I've kept it. One slight caveat: the first pair I received gapped in an odd way at the ankle on one shoe, as if it had been mis-stitched. Zappos replaced it immediately, and the replacement pair was fine.

Overall, all it's a beautiful shoe. However, the size eight hurt the top of my toes when I walked. The sized nine is about a half size too big. I still really like the shoe and wear it to work almost every day. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day long. The sole of this shoe is really comfortable. I also go up and down three flights of stairs all day and the shoe is light. I don't but shoes often but when I do I will be buying from your selection again.
