My order of these Converse all star leather hi were delivered on time & for a great price through zappos.com. I have spent a lot of time looking around online and nobody had a better deal than Zappos. I'm very happy with my order and would recommend anybody to this site. Two thumbs up!

They are cool but kind of clown-like on my feet. They would probably look better on a guy. The quality of the leather seems great, and the inner lining is nice and soft. Sadly, must return them, lest I walk around looking like a clown. The fit was as expected. I am a women's size 7, and since normally I go half a size smaller with women's Chucks, I ordered a half size smaller than I usually would (4½).

They're awesome shoes, but like others have mentioned, no arch support. I ordered a half size down and had to exchange for regular size I take, perhaps because of a bunion on one foot. So my experience contradicts many reviewers who were happy going down half size, or more, but my toes were touching the end of the shoe. Zappos makes returns/exchanges so easy.

Love these shoes. I love their leather shoes more so than the canvas material. Fit is great. Only complaint (and it is very minor and should be expected with Converses) is they dont provide much cushion on the bottom.

Easy to order, item received within a few days. Zappos is great, as usual. My daughter loves the shoes and they fit the same as the canvas shoes do, so that was a relief.

My go-to pair of shoes - comfortable, cute, casual but not sloppy. I had a pair of these back in the late '80s (canvas version) and forgot how much I loved them. As with all Converse, order 1/2 size down (I got 8.5 women's instead of my normal 9).

These shoes fit and feel similar to the standard canvas Chucks, with two main exceptions: the top edge is more stiff, so you'll have to wear crew socks to prevent it rubbing against your skin, and the leather makes the shoe feel heavier.

Shopping with Zappos has always been a good experience and was a once again great ordering from them. For some reason these particular shoes took almost 2 weeks to receive. But once arrived my grandson loved them and the fit was great.

What is there to say other than Chucks are iconic, cool, and classic. Bought these for my boyfriend, now when we ride the chopper he's definitely stylin'. The leather ones are awesome. Of course, everyone knows Chucks have little to no arch support, might not be your best choice for walking shoes. Anyway, I rock over 15 pairs myself...can't go wrong on style.

I normally don't purchase white anything for footwear, but needed white sneakers as per agency policy. Might as well by stylish sneaks instead of walking around with clunky orthopedic shoes.These all white converse are awesome. The leather feels nice and soft not stiff. I have the mono black canvas converse which are narrow in the toe box. The toe box of these white ones are wider and more rounded just like my blue and white canvas Converse. Which to me is excellent. I'm happy I bought these.

This is my second pair of leather Chuck Taylor high tops. I've owned many pairs of Converse shoes over the years, at least 10 pair of the canvas high tops, 2 pair of low top canvas, 5 pairs of the original suede one-stars (wish they would bring those back!) and now my second pair of leathers. The leathers, as far as Chucks go, are far superior to the canvas. I think when they shifted production to China something was lost as far as the fit, but the leather version doesn't seem to suffer. Being leather they just feel better, you will notice the difference immediately if you've worn the canvas version. They just feel better right out of the box-there is really little to do to break them in as they are very soft and cushy. They are also warmer and water resistant, so a good choice for winter. I am on my feet a lot at work and wear these all day no problem (can't say this about my waxed canvas low tops). I don't really like shoes with a lot of arch, so the lack of arch support isn't a big deal for me. These also seem to last a lot longer, so the extra money is worth it. Oh! The side Star patch is also embroidered, adding a little extra flair if you're into that sort of thing. Order down at least a half size. I normally wear a 13 (though some 13's are too big) Size 12 Chucks have always been a perfect fit.

These are so cute. Perfectly casual with leggings and an oversized sweater, but since they're leather, they also look great with skinny jeans and a trench coat. I'm going to pair 'em with Levi's cutoffs in the summer. Versatile and totally awesome. Easy to clean. I recommend!

I'm very pleased with this website. I've made an order for some sneakers that I couldn't find anywhere here in PA. Got them the next day! Zappos, keep up the good work!

Bought them for my grandson...he loves them. This was the only site I could find his size. We ordered half a size smaller like you suggested - fit perfect.

They're a little tight by my toes (I don't really have wide feet) but I think that's because they're leather and they don't loosen up as much as the canvas ones. They look great though! The leather isn't too flashy and they're super comfy.

Love them! So comfortable,and the leather keeps my feet warm and cozy. I had to buy some arch inserts because I have high arches, but after I did that, it feels like I am walking on marshmallows.

13-year-old daughter loves them. Just something a little different. Comfortable; seem to be holding their shape.

Quite possibly my favorite pair of Chucks. They're fashionable and can be worn with just about everything. I love the leather look and it's always an eye-catcher opposed to their canvas counterparts. They look fantastic with jeans or chinos in my experience. I'd definitely recommend these for anyone fashion-forward or someone just looking for a pair of dope leather sneakers.

Great shoe last longer than my canvas Chucks!

I purchased these Converse All Stars to bedazzle. I've placed three rows of silver studs on the inside of the tongue so that it hangs over the sneaker, then I have a single row of silver studs going up the back seam. Love my one of a kind, high- top, leather Chucks!

These look better in person. I ordered a pair in size 7 Men (I am normally a size 9.5 women). These run a little big, but the size I bought fits perfect. Perfect shoe for customization. Looks great with some studs and colored laces!

If you like the regular canvas Chucks you'll love these. They're comfortable from the first wearing and are a true icon of style. Highly recommended!

My husband has wanted these for quite some time. He is very happy, they fit well and of course the service was great as always!

Overall a really stylish shoe that is comfortable and of decent quality as well! Not a very warm shoe at all, however it is fantastic for spring, summer and early fall. Looks good, just takes a lil breaking in like any new leather sneaker tho! Definitely not a let down! A wicked sneaker by converse!
