My husband likes these slippers. He prefers to go bare foot so for him to wear these is a good thing. Fit well, look good, warm.

These slippers felt too small when I first put them on. They are starting to get broken in more the fit is better then at first. They seem to keep my feet warm. I usually have to buy a new pair of slippers every year. We will see how long these last.

Outstanding service! Slippers exactly as described, and outstanding service. Ordered these on a Thursday evening during the holiday rush, and they arrived about 2:00 P.M. the next day!

Comfortable if you don’t walk with them - The slippers are very comfortable besides the "gore" on the side. There is this piece of stretchy material on the sides that digs into your foot when you walk. If you wear socks it may not be so bad but it’s still very annoying. I brought these back and got the other Minnetonkas way better than the cardboard bottom Ugglys.....

Quality not what it used to be. After wearing this model slipper for the last 15 years (about 3 years out of each pair) the latest ones are obviously of cheaper construction. The soles are thinner and the elastic is much weaker making for too loose of a fit. I have moved on to a different brand.

Supposedly washable, these slippers sure need to be washed from time to time since they are worn by my teenage son. However, the fur inside came away from them in different spots during the wash - disappointing - but we still love Zappos anyways.

This is an update of my review of December 23, 2009. Within 3 months' time the seam on the sole of the right slipper broke making the slippers unusable.
