The shoe was a bit difficult to get on due to the narrow fit. But after 2 or 3 times of wearing the shoe they had stretched out and love them!

These are exactly what we were looking for. My daughter is not a "girly girl" and needed just normal shoes that were neutral enough to go with a variety of every day outfits -- these fit the bill. They seem to be good quality, the fabric looks nice, and she says they feel comfortable.

Excellent shoe for school

I bought the see e for my granddaughter, the last pair she had was a 2.5 so I bought her a 3.5, they were too small, I called customer service and ordered a 4, and they expedited the new pair overnight at no extra charge! My granddaughter loves them, they fit perfectly, Zappos has a wonderful customer service department, I was very happy!

My favorite shoes to buy for my almost 7 year old. They’re easy to get on and off. Only need to wear them several times to break them in for optimal comfort.

Nice quality children's shoe, comfortable even for my picky daughter. But beware- this shoe runs a half to almost full size small.

They fit like Vans. Though, lately that's a bit all over the map. These were for my 12 year old who has narrow feet. She loves them ! We went up a half size from previous pairs to a 4 they're perfect. I struggled getting them on my very fat feet though lol. I buy the Authentic size 3 1/2 or 4 for myself which might be easier for chubby kid's feet. Yes, lace up aren't as streamlined or convenient but definitely roomier. Shipping was of course great!
