Feet was good but there heavy you can't work with Them I ordered them wide but still narrow

Seems to be a well-built boot but is not the width we expected.

Returning because I ordered a wide but received a medium width.

My husband was unable to get his foot into either an 11EE or an 11 1/2 EE. It is hard to say if the width would have worked, but the boot looked like it would have been wide enough if he could have gotten it on. The construction looked to be good and the leather was of a good quality. Too bad it would not fit.

The boot fit too narrow from the ankle up to the leg. Very hard to take or put on. Going to try a larger size. The boot looks good. Not true to size.

Too big. Too wide. Too rough. Uncomfortable soul and bottom.

Do not order if you wear wide width shoes. The revolver boot is too narrow, even in a wide width. My foot measures 3.75" wide at the widest point, and in a size 8.5 that's barely considered wide. Depending on the shoe, sometimes I don't need a wide width at all. I tried this boot in 8.5 Wide and they were tight on the sides and across the top of my foot.

Zappos can not do there job these are not what I ordered this is literally the second time they screwed up the order these were supposed to be safety toe boots the first pair were safety toe but they sent the wrong size this pair here right size but sent soft toe, the issue was supposed to been escalated to management but I've not gotten any contact from them

Sent the wrong size I ordered size 12 extra extra wide and they sent me small regular ew boots and no EEW

Supposed to be 12 extra extra wide they came late and I struggled getting them on they sent just wide not extra wide they run very small no extra extra wide like ordered

To late to exchange or return however thought about what I was taught growing up when it came to any new pair of shoes no matter what kind or style of shoe you have to wear them in before you get the exact quality you are looking for out of them and so like any other pair I thought i needed to wear them in and then I’d be more satisfied with everything however no matter how much I’ve tried to get any satisfaction out of any quality listed selling me and making me decided to on this particular pair as my final choice with high hopes of them being exactly what I wanted when reading the description only to be disappointed and unfortunately due to wearing them and having no other option but to wear them due to being one of the only pairs besides the fact I not only couldn’t afford to wait on a refund and or exchange but reading that due to the fact I had already worn them even if only a short time was told that there was nothing that could be done I understand now being so long after purchasing but I sent in and tried to ask for help or if any possibility of working something out less then a few weeks of purchasing the pair although I had wore them for only a week to try and wear them in seeing if that would help instead of returning them after simply trying them on and was still denied and so here I am sending in a review once again to see if I could get any information or help of some sorts which I apologize for coming of any sort of way especially when I am not one to ever complain or return items usually just deal with it happy or not

The box was marked 9 Wide/Large as ordered but the boots inside were marked 9 Medium (and fit as such).

I read a ton of reviews before buying this boot. The reviews said that this boot requires hardly no break in time. This is a completely false statement. Within 30 minutes of arriving to work I was searching ways to break this boot in, and break it ion FAST!!! I work in an office at a factory, and occasionally walk around the assembly areas ( once an hour for maybe 15 minutes)and my feet are killing me, I have blisters on my toes, and the back of my foot. It's too narrow, the leg opening is very small. I assume it's made out of stiff leather. Although this boot is a nice looking boot, if you're looking for comfort, this one is definitely not the one for you!!

The boot was horrible for working on your feet for extended hours. I even purchased additional in-soles and they didn't provide anymore support than before.
